Near this hotel is great park, cross the street is the shopping moll, i have great room, but first feel when you come inside is darkness no naturally light, and everything is like from 70 is! Also food is nothing special!

They care in every detail, you can have a breakfast buffet. The place is located in a strategic place, you can find some malls around the corner. I recommend to stay here it's a good option.

Pretty old hotel, which didn't adapt it so long. The equipment in Gym is more then 10 years and almost generally out of order. I can't imagine that management of some hotel like this don't wont to invest 5k $ to renovate equipment. It is not acceptable for the Hotel with 5 stars. Otherwise, location is excellent, rooms are clean, stuff is perfect.

On the last day, the area had a blackout. In the circumstance staff were incredibly professional - brought us candles for our breakfast, apologises and got the concierge to help us w our luggage down 6 flights of stairs.
They certainly did everything right when something went wrong.

This is a great hotel - across the street from Quicentro mall. The staff was great and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

I was impressed with this hotel. This is more upscale than your typical Best Western. You will immediately notice the huge lobby and by the professionalism of their staff.

One particular aspect that caught my attention in the evening was their young female piano player. She played some classic hits from the 80s rather nicely albeit without singing.

This hotel is located in a great area for shopping and restaurants as there are many to choose from.

If you need a grocery store there is a huge one called Supermax that is about four blocks away.

As for the room itself, it met my needs. The air-conditioner/heater unit worked just fine. I did not experience any problems with the Internet connection. The hot water temperature ran consistently and I was able to adjust it to a comfortable warm position.

One thing that I was not aware of is that you may need to get a key from the front desk to operate the refrigerator and the safe box. I'm not sure why they have that requirement as it should be accessible for the guest at their leisure.

I had some friends visit me at different times and there was not a problem for them to come to the room. I appreciate the hotels flexibility of having visitors over.

Overall my stay was a wonderful experience. I would definitely return to this hotel.

If you are ever going to stay in Equator, stay at the Best western. it is the best, south east north and west. The people is what made it the best.
Best Western CPlaza Hotel, 00000 Shyris 1757 Y Naciones Unidas, 170150, Quito. We were in a position that needed the best from staff, they out shined all other Hotels and were very helpful and pleasant. I would always recommend staying there.

Too loud rooms without any isolation. During the weekend it is impossible to sleep before 03:00. because they rent a hall for celebration and music is so loud in room.

It's not 100% comparable with the Best Western Plus standard. But for an Ecuadorian Hotel it deserves the plus :-D
You have water in this hotel!! And it is always hot!!!
The staff is friendly but also not really plus standard.
The restaurant is very good, the room service very very slow!

Traveled for business and stayed here 3 nights. Excellent location, in the business center of Quito, near a big shopping mall where you can find everything (I forgot a few items I could easily pick-up here). Single suite was extremely spacious and for a price that would give you a dog house in Europe or the U.S. for that matter. Nice restaurants, casino, and people/staff are really nice but many don't speak English very well, but you can go by with most of the requests. Wifi was spotty in the lounge/restaurant but OK in the room. Highly recommended!!!
