  POCO ETICOS. IRRESPINSABLES CON LAS RESERVAS. SIN PALABRAS. Hable con el "administrador" para dejar hecha una reserva. Pregunte si es necesario abonar. Me dijo que no que "con la llamada y mi palabra era suficiente que me quedara tranquila". Lo llamo y resulta.que llego una pareja y tomo nuestra habitacion por dos meses. Que explicacion? Que disculpas? NADA.

  We booked on Expedia and prepaid for the stay, Expedia noted that check in was at 10am which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel as we were going to be arriving in the morning after a very long bus ride so wanted to be able to sleep as soon as possible. We arrive at 8am to either check in early or at least leave our bags and there is no one at reception and it was completely deserted. We also note above the desk that check in is only 3pm and not 10am! We call the number on the front door as well as the number on Expedia. We never get answered. We then had to find a new hotel and pay more money. I have now emailed and called the hotel several times after this event but have had no response. I've also had Expedia try contact the hotel but they have had no luck on several occasions either. I want a refund but they cannot even answer a phone or email! It has been over 2 weeks!

  Futuros huéspedes, tengan cuidado con este hotel. Cambio de administración hace 4 meses y ha sido un fiasco, hace 2 meses me cobraron un Iva doble y hoy 2 de diciembre al salir me facturan menos de lo que pague.
  
  Realice la reserva y compra por Expedia por $79,04. y hoy la factura la dan por $ 54,42.

  Es un buen hotel! Pero con un administracion negligente y mentirosa! Cobran más, y entregan facturar por menor valor. Tampoco había agua, salía un chorro minúsculo, y sobre todo con agua muy caliente o muy fría, sin poder regularse! Ofrecen desayuno y no lo brindan! Lastima que cambiaron de administración! Antes era todo muy bien! Ahora están dañando la reputación!
  
  Ojalá mejoren algún día!
  Y que esto aquí sirva para que tomen medidas!

  No entregan factura. Del valor que cobran quieren al final sumar impuestos. El agua caliente sale demasiado fuerte no hay como regular.
