We are here 4 nights in a row! We're vegan and was so happy to find Pedir De Boca!
They have several vegan options with the freshest vegetables! Their prices very reasonable and large portions! We loved the hummus plate, the Thai Noodle dish, the Bean vegan burger and more! You won't be disappointed vegan or not! This restaurant Rocks!response / report this review -

This is the place where I got some dishes with proper variety of vegetables. Nicely decorated and taste good as well. However, I was surprised they used instant noodles to serve the Thai noodle dish. Came across as a healthy place, instant noodles would be the last thing I expect in the menu. The US$ 5.5 vegan burger is worth the money. Delicious. And they have a random live music band came over on Sunday morning, entertaining if you are up to it.

I was a little hesitant to buy a $5.50 Vegan Burger but it was WELL WORTH IT. The meal looked more like a piece of art than a burger. It was so packed full of various bright and tasty vegetables in addition to Quinoa. It was amazing and super healthy. The chef clearly has a love of food and came out and talked to us. Really impressed with the chef and this place. Will definitely go back!

Very cozy restaurant with fresh and tasty food from all around the world. We went there on a Sunday to have some Thai noodles and hummus as an apitizer. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked and the waiter was very friendly and quick. The prices were fair so definitely a good reason to come back

Big portions, well prepared. The chef has a unique take on things. He's Ecuadorian who lived in Holland, so that influences the flavors. The Italian and Thai offerings are not at all expected (authentic?), but you might like it. Give it a try.

Came in after seeing the sign out front advertising Thai food. My partner and I ordered a bowl of the thai noodles (extra spicy) and the special thai bruschetta. The waiter told us the bruschetta would be "too difficult to bring out" so we didn't end up getting that. The thai noodles were very tasty and filling but certainly did not taste like thai food as the sauce was tomato based. Overall the place is charming and is nice to visit if you are wanting something other than Ecuadorian fare.

The waiter here speaks good English and is very friendly & helpful. We had the hummus with bread which was delicious. We also ordered the Thai noodles, the size was quite generous and it comes with lots of vegetables. The noodles were flavoursome and delicious. don't go in there thinking that you will be getting an authentic Pad Thai noodles.

My favorite place in Cuenca.
Fresh local ingredients, everything is made from scratch. Very unique selection :dutch,Italian, Thai and Vietnamese. All with a flair and so fresh!!! Thai and Vietnamese options on a spicy side so beware but you can always ask to tone it down
And definitely try his deserts. They change all the time. But so amazing!response / report this review
