  Very nice, clean, great service.
  Their ironing service was a little questionable but was the only inconvenience we encountered. Otherwise brilliant!

  Great place, very central, good service, the rooms are ok, big beds, lots of pillows, the shower has excellent pressure and hot water.
  The breakfast was simple but enough to start the day, includes yogurt with fruit and muesli, fruit juice, bread and eggs.

  Beautiful place. Wonderful staff. The night person and kitchen staff spoke English. The beds are super hard though.

  Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is so friendly and really went out of their way to help us with everything. The rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. This is a great place for solo travelers or couples.

  Really enjoyed our stay at this cute little hotel. The rooms are small but cozy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The free breakfast is served downstairs consisting of fruit with yogurt, eggs, toast and juice. The service is super friendly and welcoming.

  Disappointed dirty rooms, lousy breakfast, underground parking is the worst not enough parking spot for vehicles. Very tight spot for large car. Do not recommend this hotel in Cuenca.😦
