The Sheraton bed is the best . Breakfast The buffet is the best in the world .Algerian Cuisine is yummy . All imgredinients used are organic and fresh . There's also an Italian restaurant another one traditional and e en a Japanese. Outside by the beach there s sea food restaurants and a grill by the pool . Serving traditional sweets with shisha and live music . amazing staff very polite and helpful . You ll be lucky if you have a room with the sea view !

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere unfortunately. It's great if you wanna be in the middle of some greenery and the sea, a sort of a retreat. Not good if you're visiting the city and need to go there on a regular basis. It's very very far from the city center. Our driver drove like crazy and we were feeling like we'd die any moment. Still it took us a while to get to the city center. 30 to 40 minutes cause of the traffic.

The hotel is very luxurious, lot of marble and gold plating. Many flowers and fountains within the premises. Big swimming pool and great facilities, the spa and the outdoor dining is fantastic. Barbeque dinner buffet by the sea is a must.

The staff is courteous and try their best even if there's always a lot of people either checking in or checking out. It's always so busy that you can't even ask them a small question. I was promised some help since I had no shoes and they told me to wait. After 10 minutes nobody came to help me out. I asked for some flip flops and they forgot about me. I went to the city and bought them there in the end.

Went to my room and there were no tissues and no toilet paper. The toilet smelled like urin.

Not a great experience on my side.

This is a huge hotel a bit outside Algiers, with a nice beach, excellent pools, a big nice gym and a relaxing spa. The hotel houses six or seven restaurants, depending on the season and the day of the week. The hotel provides a decent wireless internet connection.

That being said, after spending two weeks at this hotel I am surprised by the low quality of the service. The waiters in the restaurants seem to actively avoid eye contact to give you service. And any follow up to an order is taking forever as well - make sure you are not in a hurry when going to a restaurant, especially the "Brasserie", just a coffee takes a while. And check your cutlery and glasses before you start eating, on several occasions I've got dirty ones.

A few highlights does exist, the sushi chef and the women working in the spa all provided excellent service and was very friendly! For a restaurant recommendation I recommend the PanAsian restaurant. The Italian restaurant was okay, but unfortunately they were lacking so many ingredients so their menu was practically halved for both of the weeks that I stayed.

By the way, it says no smoking just about everywhere, but it doesn't seem like it is being followed up very well. People openly smoking in corridors and in the rooms.

So all in all, staying two weeks in a place where you have the impression that the staff seemed to wish that both you and they were somewhere else, isn't really nice at all and is the main reason for the low score.

They want to call themself 5 stars hotel and they dont even have microwave. I have food restriction and cant eat the food in the restaurant! Cant even heat my meal.. $$$$ all they want. When i ask they said it was for my safety..? You cant even bring food from the outside because of course they want your money. Very over rated and over prince for what this hotel real value is.

1. customer engagement
2. Ill trained staff
3. inability to handle customer queries
4. laid back and lathergic attitude

be ready to pay thrice of your total stay cost as blocking amount while checkin

Maybe a 5 star hotel but with a 3 star hotel service.
Yesterday I went to the Beach Bar of the Hotel and asked for a common Gin Tonic, after 5min they said the they have Gin but not tonic soda, so I have to choose another cocktail. I did choose a Daikiry Cocktail. Not so well done and in the end they charge in the bill a Gordon's (Gin) tonic.
A lot improvement should be done for costom satisfaction.

A Pandora's box behind was must be one of the most stunning hotel exteriors I have seen to date. From the start to end, the stay gotten from bad to worst and tainted how wonderful I found Algeria and the culture.
By the end, I could quote "if you want a better experience, please ensure you book a suite room" from the 5* hotel. I have never in my life, made to feel so small and unimportant when sharing my feedback of the room. What I had taken away 'physically' was mosquito bites from my stay (each night I gotten more) and that I had sensitive skin to the bed sheets. This was absolutely unacceptable and I have share back to head office my 3 page detail of the laundry list of issues that wasn't resolved. Apart from providing the missing complimentary in-room milk for the coffee.

Nice room with a view on the garden and the sea. There are two good restaurants with various dishes. The Mediterranean cuisine was delicious especially the seafood. The whole site is highly protected with concrete walls and many security guards.
