It's my first time at the resort. And I'm afraid it will be my last time coming here. Don't get me wrong the people there are beyond nice and very helpful. But the reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the cleaning service. Ok so when I went around the room I saw sooooo many left over stains on the sofa, bed, carpet and curtains. They didn't change the towels for us. They just folded back into a neat fold and back on the shelfI couldn't believe my eyes. Okay food was on the not so good side. Or maybe it was just not my type of style of food. But there is are plenty of options to pick from. Just know this place is adults only so there are tons of drinking options and cigars. The beach is ok and if you upgrade to a excel member you get mostly everything at your demand. Just be careful when you do go on the beach there are a lot of guys who put animals on you and demand $20 or more for it and take a photo. Most of the jewelry they sell on the beach are overpriced just saying. I bought the same braided bracelet for $3 at the gift shop in the resort while on the beach they were charging "only" $10.
