Everything is great, personnel is awesome and very attentive. Carlos and Roosevelt at The Level are awesome. Gave 4 because The staff from Steakhouse 4 needs to be more courteous but staff from the Gabi Restaurant is amazing! The overall service is outstanding, will visit again!

Franklin, sexy body, and cappuccino! These three have made my first 3 days out of 7 phenomenal. The bartender Domingo in the poolside couldn't be any better. I will definitely return to Punta Cana forever and always. 4 more days to go can't wait for the rest of my experience here.

After some bumps and bruises with some communication we are looking forward to the rest of our stay being stellar. Prepare yourself for a primarily Spanish speaking staff that does not address Americans in English first. Hopefully, they will address that or if it doesn't matter.. GO!
The property is beautifully set right on the beach with spectacular pools and golf cart transportation or train a phone call away.
This is an all-inclusive property so eat and drink away but.. Beware some beverages at some restaurants are not included. Ask questions and get all the answers.

I’m a frequent traveler and I must say that I enjoyed my stay here at Melia. I stayed at Level, the adult only part of the resort and I had an amazing time. Food was great, service was amazingstaff is very helpful and kind. Hands down best customer service I have seen. Only drawback is that it’s a huge resort and there needs to be more signs informing you of where you are. I would suggest maybe using colors on the buildings or flags to help identify where you are on the resort. Other than that, I would most definitely stay here again and again. I could go on and onif you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

This is truly an amazing, beautiful place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The food is delicious and plentiful. The beach is breath taking and clean. The entire property is clean and breathtaking! We will definitely come back soon!!

This is our last day in Punta Cana and we have loved every minute of it. The staff in all areas of the resort have been fantastic and very friendly. Franny who we met one day on the beach was exceptional and carried her smile and love for people throughout our whole week at the resort. My kids would look for everyday to give her a hug and my husband and I loved her energy and fun on the beach. Loved working out and all the fun on the beach!!!! Thank you for an awesome week!!! We will miss you Franny ☀️

We are here for the second year in row. My niece married on the resort and it was beautiful. One of the best weddings I have been to. Excellent food and service. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we didn’t get rooms in the adults only section as we had requested. Long hike to the beach from the front of the resort.

I really enjoy the level its beautiful . My suggestion would be more mix music base on age. At the pool I really love doing the activities with Eduardo yoga and william with water bike. Plus Hanson who worked with Eduardo. And Dulce at the pool also made sure we always had our drinks great person. The food was great. Will come back.

We stayed here during March break, and would stay here in a heart beat! Accommodations and the grounds are very clean and we'll kept. Room overlooked pool and easy to access beach. FOOD is EXCELLENT, at all the restaurants as well as the buffets. Good choices for drinks including wine. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second time we have come here for vacation. Love it here :) Wonderful pool, beautiful beach, amazing staff that is very responsive. The rooms are huge, and the housekeeping staff is so nice and accommodating.
A lot of food options available and the coco locos are a nice touch. Definitely would recommend this to a couple that needs a getaway.

Sadly, my experience here was really bad. We stayed at the grand suite. My shower cabine was not clean. It had hair from another costumer and a kind of tape on the walls. Really disgusting. I repported this 3 times and nobody came to clean the shower. Then I tried to find a manager and after a lot of waiting, came one manager (not the manager who had to attend our case). Because the bad experience and service we wanted part of our money back, but it was not possible. The manager gave us a ridiculous offer: a bottle of wine, a dinner or a certificate when we come again. Again? I' ll never come here again!

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody. Not only for the disgusting shower cabine in my case, but for the bad service. Im surprised about the good reviews about the food. At the Gaby some plates and glasses smell like eggs and the Cuatro was the food not fresh at all. The menu has not good specifications and the worst of all is that the waitress there dont know anything about the menu if you have questions.
My only positive experience was at the
Capri's. It was nice restaurant, good services and really clean.

But sadly I would not recomment this place to friends or family.

Great relaxing place to kick back at. We spent the entire week eating drinking and laying on the beach. Beautiful resort great staff and drinks served on the beach to your lounge chair. We can't wait to come back! Everyone from the grounds staff to the waiters, chefs, bartenders, and office people really made this a vacation to remember.

my husband and I stayed at MeliaAdults Only with 8 other friends. We paid full price for the Adults Only section. We were not told that 6 restaurants would be closed the whole time we were there and also the private pool that was right by our room was also closed for maintenance the whole time. When we complained we were basically told there was nothing that could be done. I contacted the main Melia Headquarters and was told to go to their website to voice my concerns and someone would contact us. I've written on it twice, and have never heard from anyone. Make sure you're getting what you pay for. It seemed like a true bait and switch!!!!!!!

We were waiting to be check-in for 1hr.
Room was clean,but the safe and tv control were not working .This is our first time in Punta Cana .We normally took trips to Riviera Maya or Puerto Morales MX.It seems that the resorts in MX are a lot more efficient (Excellence ,Secrets)and their places are a lot cleaner and very helpful staff.

I usually don't do this but What a disappointment! And I say this being from waiting 3 hours to check in for a family with young children and having an issue with all of our reservations which were 5..mind you there was many people complaining about that exact thing at check in. Staff is very unorganized and customer service is the poorest I've ever received. Paying extra for the benefit of the "level" and getting food that was cold and not well
Flavored, to having to wait 15-25 minutes for a cart to take you anywhere because walking takes 15-20 minutes to get any location . Room service takes 40 mins to an Hour and food is cold when it gets to you.The only positive aspect is the beach and most of the waiters in the pool area were very helpful. I would highly suggest looking somewhere else for the price you pay to get "the best " and get very poor service. I could write more but this is just half of the experience we had to go through and I would wish this on no one!

We stayed in a Level Grand Suite. It was way more than we needed as two female friends traveling for fun. There was a kitchen with a full size fridge but no microwave, stove or dishes. There was a living room area, which we used to unwind in the late evenings before going to bed. The room had a two person hot tub that we never used. The bedroom, balcony and bathroom were great. We did have an issue with the size/design of the shower. It was a corner shower that was unnecessarily small. The shower also had a design flaw in the door. If you used the shower the way it was intended, it soaked the entire bathroom.
The section we stayed in was family friendly but we spent the majority of our time on the Level adults only beach and the Level adults only pool.

The adults only pool was the biggest pool I've ever seen. It had many different coves and areas for different purposes. I was told the resort was at 98% capacity and the pool always felt empty. There were people in different areas enjoying different activities. The beach was great but I did not like being surrounded by seaweed. It was floating everywhere and growing abundantly under our feet. I felt like we were swimming in seaweed soup. I was told by return guests that it has not always been like this but with the seaweed plants growing everywhere under the water, I don't know how you can avoid it.

The food was not our preference but we didn't go hungry. We did not find a restaurant on the property with adequate air conditioning.
Check in was Terrible - They really need to find a better way to process people into this paradise.
The rest of the service was incredible.
The only time it was difficult to find a ride was in the evenings when everyone was going to dinner.

Not sure how there are any positive reviews on this place. We have to do a 2nd honeymoon because this one was the worst 5 days we've ever had.

The food was some of the worst cafeteria style food we've ever had. (And we are not food snobs) We did find one dish in the Thai restaurant that we both liked - and this what after a few days of dreading the food. (We expected amazing food and service)

Upon arrival, they took our bags and put us on a golf cart. The cart driver did not know where to take us so he dropped us off at the beach. (We are still fully dressed from the airport.) Zero information was given. Then we finally asked around about where to go and made our way to the check in area for the Level. The individual checking us in "forgot about us" and we were waiting there for over 45 min. (You may notice this as a trend in other reviews, and we heard them give the same excuse to others on the next day.)

This place is far from luxurious. Room service is limited. Oh..and mini bar??? We saw pictures with a variety of beverages and liquor, but we were disappointed to find only Coors light in the fridge. They say their mini bar options change every year. And they do not deliver any other alcoholic beverages to your room. You will wait over and hour for golf carts that are supposed to come pick you up to take you places, since the resort is a big maze. Spa prices are thru the roof. Pool area service is a joke. Everyone is out to get your money in tips. People there need to learn better English and customer service. No special treatment for honeymooners. The private shuttle we purchased didn't even show up to take us to the airport so we had to pay $30 for a taxi. The excursion guys will hustle you, but keep asking around for a cheaper price and you will find yourself paying 50% less than what the first guy told you.

I can keep going on and on about how terrible this place is. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few hundred bucks to stay at a Sandals resort (where they know luxury). That's where we will be spending our 2nd honeymoon!

People were really great, best customer service we're had at an all-inclusive. The suite Room was spacious and comfortable. Played loud music at the bar outside til 11:00 every night which was pretty annoying but we just stayed up til 11:00. Food at the restaurants was excellent, food elsewhere was okay. Alcohol selection was good, tiny plastic serving cups but you can buy a bubba keg there or bring your own. We opted to buy rather than order drinks 6 oz. At a time.

Beach chairs were pentilful, lots of pool seating. Water was great! Some seaweed crude but the water temprature and sand was perfect. Zero concern of crime on resort.
