  Although this resort itself is pretty nice in appearance, everything else about this resort is TERRIBLE. I was here from July 21-25, 2016. I'm not sure how this resort received 4 stars. Food was nasty-tasteless, made in the morning and served all day, dining room served dirty dishes and utensils, no accomodations for dinner reservations( they want you to call two weeks in advance for your dinner reservations) and they charged for wifi each day-which did not work if you left your room. Room service is a charge unless you have a premium room; for an all inclusive hotel they had alot of rules and regulations that was not mentioned until I checked in.I wouldnt suggest staying here to my worst enemy. The onlyr reason I gave it one star is because I had to in order for the review to post.

  Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location. But, if you are looking for top service, this is not the place. Staff is friendly, they just don't seem to care or understand what quality service is. I literally had to steal a bottle of water at dinner one night as we NEVER had a waitress come check in us. Food is ok. I would rate it a 5 out of 10.
