It has great Pools and awesome bars. The beach was dirty and the water is not clear and full of seaweed that wraps around your legs. The Staff is friendly and helpful

It’s amazing how people complain about the dumbest things and expect foreign countries to be fast paced like our country (U.S) is.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this resort. I have nothing but wonders to say. Staff is very friendly and polite, the resort is beautiful, ocean view, pools and surroundings are always clean, food is amazing. Variety of shows, disco, activities, different restaurants, drinks. They even have an explorer’s club (“day care”) all inclusive. We had such a great time. Some of the restaurants waiting time was a little long but worth it. Everything is fresh, organic, and made to order so it’s understood. If you want something fast then you go to McDonald’s or Burger King.

Our friends got married at this resort, the weeding was beyond beautiful, food was delicious, reception was beautiful. I loved this resort. It was an amazing experience. Do not go here if you’re a close minded individual.

Thank you all for such a great time at Dreams, we will miss you all

It is definitely worth the experience. The staff are so nice. There are multiple pools. This resort is everything you would want. I transferred from a regular room into the honey moon suit and it was amazing. Had my own butlers, room service, and had VIP everywhere. I will be going back again.

My wife and I had our wedding here and it was awesome! The people were great from room service to restaurant. We did have slow food service to one table for one meal. They also would not let me hang out with the guys at the preferred pool on my wedding day. The rest of our stay was nothing short of amazing. Especially the room maids and the coffee bar staff!

Super nice resort. They are not kidding when they say luxury in their advertising. The 9 theme restaurants that they have are excellent, my favorite was the Grill by the Sea. The buffet is the only place were I believe they have to work a little bit, their grill meat at the buffet is terrible compare to the one they serve at the Seaside Grill. And don't get me started with the selection of "juices" please this is a tropical country the juices should be good. But all in all I will give this resort an 8 out of 10.

An all inclusive resort that caters for most of your needs ranging from food, beverage to wellness. There are many activities on offer from tours, yoga ,scuba diving and then there are really good facilities for children of various ages when you need some "own" time. You may get involved in different sales promotions that attempt to get you on board for regular holidays within the same group of companies.

Excellent beach for "people who don't like waves", food is good, not great, mostly because it cater to several hundreds people at a time and quality suffer. Seafood would go dry and steak will be on medium-well side. For big parties it is better to go to buffet or prepare to wait longer than what you expected in US in local restaurants. Gym is small and outdated with some rusted equipment. Entertainment is very good with live bands, singers, dancers, acrobats. The service stuff is very helpful but many don't speak/understand English. The rooms (building 3) had mold and need a makeover. WIFI is not working when there are too many people. In any case (when you complain) they are really trying to accommodate you. Overall is a good place for a week.

We had a great time the staff was great. I love the Entertainment Team (Iggy Pop, Jacky, Angelkita, Eddie Murphy, Chocolata, ) we had activity to do all day. My favorite is the foam party. We had a great time . Everything was great at the Resort. We hated to leave but we will come back. Thanks for a great time

Pretty good place, kept well. Some rooms don't have an updated bathroom yet, but are cleaned every day. You can't drink the tap water, so brushing teeth is done with bottled water. Good food with a variety of restaurants and a buffet so you will find something to eat. Nice beach but not a lot of shade.

Lovely location and nice rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Do not get sucked into doing the vacation club sales presentation over breakfast, you'll be there until lunch.
I was reminded to add something about the woodpeckers. The first morning we woke up to what I thought was some construction or hammering on the resort. Turns out it was woodpeckers. They were there every morning to wake you up. If you plan to sleep in you might want ear plugs. It was not a big deal and we laughed about it each morning, while our teenagers pretty much slept through it.

Overall good experience there were a few things that kinda ruined our experience. First off the Timeshare Presentation that they trick you into taking with the promise of a $100 resort credit. The staff constantly are trying to get you to do it . They said it would take 30 minutes it was more like 3 hours. And then you get the price for it and you know this is like a timeshare. Second the food was good with a few exceptions. The service was great there but i was told to keep it down when in the preferred club pool. No Bueno. Lastly don't try the fresh coconut water as this ended up giving me and my wife stomach problems. Fortunately it was on our last day but we brought it back home and are still trying to get over it after week, The Coconut water needs to be pasteurized and while the idea of drinking fresh coconut water from a coconut sounds cool the results are definitely not.

My boyfriend & I went to attend a wedding & for a much needed vacation. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach was a bit small but it is a very nice beach. The pool closes at 7pm which was kind of a bummer. The buffet was not that great. The restaurants were a bit better but it seems all the same food is used everywhere. The restaurant we liked best was the French restaurantwe wished the portions were bigger though. The only thing my boyfriend really liked was the room service chicken fingers. We also heard from people we traveled/vacationed with that the excursions were not that great. These complaints are from us looking at everything through a microscope, our time overall was beautifullike a dream & we have no regrets. We would definitely stay at another Dreams resort again.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful but the room that I was assigned was not what I expected. The air conditioner didn't work right and the room was small. The TV service was limited to a few channels. I do have to mention that I was transferred from another hotel because a hurricane.

Check in took over an hour. Condition of complex numer 2 was unacceptable. Very overpriced. Our room was not more than 3 stars. So we paid almost 2000$ for an upgrade to a better standard in adults only section with concierge and separate pool and separate VIP beach place. Still i don't think that hotel was worth that kind of money. I have to say that staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurants overall were just alright. Very nice fresh juices every morning at the buffet. Wonderful and well cared greenery all over the place.

Staff was unbelievably generous and entertaining. Not many food options for the amount of people they have staying there. Always a wait at the restaurants. Food quality was the worst of all the resorts I have ever stayed at. The casino had like 15 slots and be careful with the dealers on the tables, they will rob you blind!!
Our family had four rooms, unless you were preferred, the other rooms were gross, dingy, stained bed covers, rooms stunk and amenities in the room, well there were NONE!
Beach water wasn't as great as the other resorts in Punta Cana. The pool water was always smelling and hot tub was NOT hot!
I you go to one side of the beach, there are locals selling items (like a flea market), they hound you to check out all texts, you feel you HAVE to purchase something because they are so intimidating.
I fell as well as some staff members and also other guests on their walkways. Super slippery when wet.
I know it is all inclusive and some people don't tip, but our group did, and we tipped very well. We would be standing at bars with cash in hand and we were always the last to get served.
Overall, I would not stay at this place again, or probably any of their chains.

The beach is beautiful. The staff are friendly and courteous. Some areas of the resort looks a little tired eg the floor tiles have been chipped and not been replaced. Paths look worn need a coat of paint hear and there. Unsure if their policy of not using the bands as a means to identification for the preferred club customers to the other residents on site, because I believe that some people do take advantage of the system. Would come back. The beer and top brands in the preferred area is very nice

Great people, especially at the preferred adults only lobby and swim up bar. Junior, Meybi and Johnny were always ready to greet you and put a smile on your face they provided 5 star service. Also be sure to ask for Felipe at the Bordeaux be will take excellent care to make you dinner special. My only suggestion is to the buffet at the world cafe to take more care in making sure the food is kept hot, I had trouble getting hot french toast for breakfast.

Me and my family went there for spring break (3) people and decided to give us one king size bed and then decided why don't we move a bed into that room later they said that they didn't want to move a bed to about her room and wanted us to be in a room with only 2 almost twin side rooms we checked into the hotel at 2:30 and the room wasn't ready so then they were deciding about which bed to put for about 3-5 hours basically instead of relaxing and enjoying the day at the pool we were in the room all stressed out. Such a nice stressed out vacation.Added to that the room looks like a unorganized mess.

Buffet food was OK. Other restaurants were better. Plenty of food options. Pools are simple but nice. Beach area is nice but not very wide. Good volleyball court. Rooms were basic. One cockroach on the first night but I squished him and he didn't bother me any more. Or maybe it was a she (???).
