Excellent food and service. You can find their tradicional menu One thing I love and recommend is the iced tea, if bought with your meal you get free refill (also with any soft drink).

It's a good regula Fridays spot. Service was a bit slow. Close to a good hotel and casino. In the middle of the city. Good location.

Terrible Customer Service, TGI Fridays in USA are superb but this restaurant I do not recommend it.

Don't expect the real TGI experience.
Food is more or less Ok.
Often too cooked and rather cold.
Service is maybe the worst I have ever seen in the country and you always have to ask again and again. (Last time I went, waited for a single glass of coke for more than 40 minutes, asked it again and again at the waiter And it came after I had finished my meal, so what's the point ?)
Burgers are ok. BB ribs too, the bacon ribs were a joke.

Also one day we had to wait more than half an hour to get our hands on menus, and after 20 more minutes without seeing the waiter again we left and had dinner in another place (Mr Grilled which was pretty decent). The thing is that I would accept to wait if the restaurant is packed. It was almost dead empty that day. No excuse. (That was our last and final try for TGI Santiago)
