Where to start.. we LOVE Passatore.
We had our wedding reception here and all of our 23 guests have been raving about this restaurant since!
The food is absolutely amazing. I’ve travelled to Italy and this restaurant out does any restaurant in Italy. From their fresh made pasta to their in house made bread we could not find one fault in any dish. Perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated and so very delicious.
We ate here 3 times in the 7 days we were in the Dominican!
If anything could be better then the food, it would be the staff. Every single staff member made us feel like royalty. From the moment we walked up to the restaurant to the moment we left we were treated beautifully. The chef came by to ask how our meal was and the rest of the staff is so attentive we never had an empty glass!
The restaurant was a 3 minute walk (if that) from our resort too! Made eating at the resort hard because we knew Passatore was so close!
For any Brides getting married on resort in the Playa Dorada complex. Please message Passatore about having your wedding reception here! Trust me, your guests will thank you for the amazing food and atmosphere Passatore provides.
The planning process with the Owners was a breeze. It was easier to plan our wedding reception than our ceremony with the resort! Ondina & Matthias are beautiful people who care so deeply.
We can not wait to come back to Playa Dorada. We’ve been home less than a week and have been missing the food & staff at Passatore since the day we left.
We wish Canada was much much closer to the DR!

Came here 2x in a week while visiting the area and escaping from bad resort food. Delish! Favorite dishes were the ceviche, tuna tartare and Limone pasta. Highly recommended by everyone in our large party.

Great Italian food with excellent service. This is one of the jewels you shouldn't miss. I'm so surprised and overwhelmed to find it unexpected here in Playa Dorada. Try it out on your own and let the magic coming.
