  Was misled purposely by sales rep on a TCL TV. I wanted a recent or latest 2019 model and was told the one I chose was, paid for it and during testing, noticed it was a 2017 model and that was the latest the store had. Had my money reluctantly returned after an hour despite making a fuss about their sales tactics and waiting time to get my money back. Will not be purchasing anything from this store again

  Mmmm “ok” place to get parts. This place has a weird “store” concept you (the customer) needs to bring the code and tags to the cashier for them to invoice you/paid then they get you your stuff not efficient for sure.

  This is was a good experience it always is they have lot discount if ask to pay cash and complain about the price. They have high quality stuff for home so was good experience. The only thing I'd didn't like was the dispatch of your items in the back of store not air-conditioning and crowded

  Considero mi experiencia como buena. Me gustó mucho que los empleados de la parte exterior de la tienda estuvieran comprometidos con ofrecer información de donde acceder desde el momento en que compras algo, hasta donde se retira el producto en almacén. Lo que no entiendo es como los vendedores esperan sentados a que los clientes los encuentre. Pregunte 2 veces por los vendedores. Alguien me dijo que tenía que anotar el código del producto y luego llevárselo a los vendedores. Nunca lo hice. Al final llego una dama para atenderme, espero que mejoren esto. Deben ser mas proactivos al vender. Pude haber abandonado el lugar.
