My husband and my group of 8 went out today on the intrepid Lobster tour that we booked with Jay. We have done alot of tours here and this one is officially our favorite. The lobster we caught was absolutely amazing. You cant get any fresher. This was so much fun catching our own Lobster. The crew was amazing. Picked us up at our lobby and on time. Safe covid free. Clean. They spoke English. Out favorite company. Thank you Jay and your whole team. We will definitely do this again

We just came back from a 4 day girls trip and used Jay. Jay is very nice and accommodating. One of the drivers took my mom and I on a customized city excursion. It was fantastic. I highly recommend Punta Cana Best Excursions.

This is an excellent company. We used them in February 2019 and all of the service was excellent. They were on time, had beautiful cars, and the driver had filled our car up with beer and even stopped at a local store to get us more so we try more of the local beer during our drive. Music was great and drivers were extremely professional. This really made our trip. Thank you.

If travelling to Dominican and wanting to do excursions I highly recommend Jay from Punta Cana Best Excursions. He saved us so much money from booking multiple excursions with kids rates that we were able to add an extra excursion with the savings! And then, one of my little ones got sick the evening before an excursion and we cancelled VERY last minute and he refunded us no problem for that excursion! They treat you like family and really care that your experience is top notch. We did monkey land, dune buggies with Macao beach, deep sea fishing and has to cancel saona Island. But we will book it again upon our return!

Jay is awesome. I used this company for round trip transfers and a private excursion to Santo Domingo. Jay arranged for us to have the same driver. The driver Robbinson was very caring and concerned about our needs. We felt very safe having the same driver. Jay is very professional. He is very quick to answer texts. I am very glad I found this company on the web and I recommend them to anyone going Punta Cana. Jay and his company added to the fun of the vacation.

My first trip to Dominican Republic!! Jay made the trip so wonderful . My friend and I have special needs. Jay made our day trips so easy. He sent his staff to pick us up at our Resort, and stayed with us all day. I cannot say enough about our Excursions with Jay and his staff.

After finding that the larger international excursion companies found online could not provide personal service or meet the requirements I needed, I looked for a local company and found Jay at Punta Cana's best excursions. I had 2 ladies that had special needs and Jay went out of his way to ensure all of our excursions went flawlessly. Jay will come to your hotel and work with you to not only find the best price, but also meet any special requirements you may have. The team he has working for him are very professional and personable. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Jay is amazing! It is truly like having your own personal concierge service. If you like to travel in style, we highly recommend this company. Jay arranged everything for us. It was total VIP service. Think of his service as a co-ordinator for all your travelling needs. Our experience is as follows: Jay organized a representative from the airport to meet us at the airplane, took us through private customs to a helicopter which then took as to our hotel. What an amazing experience. Our transfer back to the airport was also VIP as Jay, himself, picked us up in his Mercedes S 550. Jay can organize excursions, transfers, bars, restaurants and anything you like as he is exceptionally connected. His network is vast.
We will definitely call Jay at Punta Cana Limousine or through Punta Cana Best Excursions. He is on time, knowledgeable and is fluent in Spanish and English. It was a pleasure.response / report this review -

I can't thank Virtual Dispatch enough for all they did for us on our trip to Punta Cana. The limo from and to the airport was very comfortable, and our driver was the best! He told us many things about the island, helped me with my Spanish, the car was clean and comfortable, and best of all the price was great!!!
