  safe and reliable airport pick up. Emailed details ahead of time and paid Bronly for the roundtrip van with family.

  Since my last review 11 months ago, I have uses Bronly/IBK Transfers 2 additional times and again - no complaints. Each time Bronly, or one of his drivers, was waiting outside the airport with my name on a sign and with the cold beer that I pre-ordered waiting in a cooler in the vehicle!!!
  I have used him for parties of 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 22 people and everytime the transfer to the resort and back to the airport went smoothly.
  Highly recommend IBK for private airport/hotel transfers.
  
  I would expect his excursion service would be excellent as well but I haven't tried any excursions lately as I'm quite comfortable chill-laxing at the resort!

  We've used IBK for our transfers each time in DR. They are always waiting at the airport with a sign, clean vehicle, nice driver, off the the resort in a flash. The driver is always easy in the lobby upon our return. We wouldn't use anyone else!

  Papi picked us up both on the way to the hotel and back to the airport. My fiance and I were very happy with the level of service and attention that he gave us. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions as we made our way to our hotel for our stay. He gave us great advice and remembered us the day he took us back to the airport. On the way back, we also got to speak on the phone with Bronly who wanted to make sure our transfers were successful and that we had been picked up by the right driver - this showed us their promise of attention to detail and customer satisfaction!
  
  Will definitely be using IBK Servicios again when we book our next trip to Punta Cana! Definitely, we recommend!

  We used the services of IBK in Nov. of 2016. This was our third time. We find them to be VERY responsible. Each time the driver was at the airport waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. This last time our plane even arrived late. They were also on time when heading back to the airport. The vehicle was large and very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to use them again.
