With regret, I give this company 1 star, only because zero stars is not an option. The work and service that you receive from this company is not only bad, it's horrible! Maria Eliana is the customer service manager. Probably one of the worst people I have ever meet in my life. We have given Montilla lots of business. But lately, their service and work have been horrible!

They have stolen the 2 of the wheel center caps from our car after paying them to for a break job. They pass the buck, and deny responsibility for anything even when caught red handed.

After paying for them to wax the car, they spilled what looked like break fluid on the paint. Causing it to bubble up and peal off of the car. When brought to their attention, they blatantly deny this. Even when the car is only in their position.

And the last straw was when we paid to have mud flaps installed on our car. After installation, they failed to install some screws cause one mud flap to come loose and be destroyed by rubbing the tire. Again, when showing them this, they have no words. And just deny responsibility for anything.

This is a company who has zero value for their customer. Not only that, they will deny responsibility for damage they cause, even with undeniable proof.

Avoid Montilla Motors at all costs! Not only are their workers incompetent, but their management is trained to treat customers as the lowest form of life there is. Customers have no value in this company.
