The room is one open space only door inside is the bathroom door. There's no privacy. If your a couple the room is good. Otherwise it can be uncomfortable.
Pull out sofa mattress sucks.
The breakfast could have more variation.
The area feels safe and supermarket is walking distance, which was great.
The picturet of the gym made it look bigger than it was but as a bikini fitness athlete I managed. The ecleptical and bicycle aren't working though.
Service was very nice and amicable, that got them an extra star.response / report this review -

Rooms are good We stayed here for more than 6 months, room service done regularly on daily basics All staffs are helpful but only problem is the breakfast, it was worst Complaint so many times about breakfast but never took any actions

Just the most awesome mini hotel .. great mgmt. team! Front desk staff were so nice and professional all English speaking .. The Jr. Suite i had was clean, highly modern, comfortable and so peaceful .. the daily rate was a bit expensive for D.R. and there is no pool. Highly recommend for single guys or couples NO children under 15 .. This is NOT a party zone area it's very residential, classy & quiet 😎

So,
The staff is Very good but
there are NO HOT WATER.
The windows are not good and very noisy from the street especially moto.
The refrigerator is old and very noisy too.
In the cabinet - sticking out nails - you can hurt your hands.

Good Hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable featuring a living area and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. The hotel is a little bit further away from the colonial city center, but easy to reach by taxi. The breakfast is very simple, but ok for the price. There was a minor problem during our stay, but the hotel team and management where very apologetic and honest in the management of the situation. Great job! I can recommend this hotel.

Great place for a short stay in he Domincan Republic. Super clean rooms, comfortable beds and also great kitchenette. Serves breakfast.
