Cozy hotel, good customer service , especially for the ladies who prepare the breakfast
My last morning there, they prepared their typical drink( morir soñando) just for me
I loved it!!!!!
I recommend this hotel, the manager, Ramon is very profissional and knows how to do a customer service

Feels like a colonial hotel, high ceilings, clean rooms, professional and very friendly staff, a great individual breakfast. A little oasis close to the inner city.

Excelent staff, second time staying here, my second time came in late at night after having the worst time with Hotel Dona Elvira, which I don't recommend to anyone to book a room at Hotel Dona Elvira. Back to my review to Hotel Villa Colonial, the place is cozy, breakfast is free, and service is great, free internet, the staff knows everything and anything that you are looking for. If there's a 10 STAR Rating I will definitely give them 10

We Stayed Here for a total of two nights back in October. We arrived in Santo Domingo later then expected my wife and I were tired and unsure about getting a Taxi so late just to find out that the Hotel manager Ramon checked into when we would be arriving and sent a Taxi to pick us up. It was such a nice surprise! Then we get to the Hotel and they also upgraded our room! Everyone of the staff is friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good and fresh. I have and will continue to Recommend this Hotel!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of la zona. Wonderful attention from the employees and good breakfast. This is my 3rd time staying here!
