This is a small hotel, with not more than 15 rooms. Their rooms are very nice and not like that of wow surprise. If anybody want something cheap but presentable, this place is the right place for you. The price range is between 35$ to 70$ depending on the aize of the rooms. They also got rooms with 2 beds for family uses. Service is just ok and not really bad. Most of the receptionist speak a little good English in order to comunicate with foreigners. They give discount depending on how many days you would stay. It is a perfect place to stay if you are on a low budget plan for your trip. Its just a block away from the well known El Conde AKA Zona colonial in spanish or colonial Zone. Its a historical zone with different stores and offices and restaurants etc. Anything you want its just by the corner. Enjoy your stay.

Very nice reception guys .. the hotel is very clean and my room was spotless. I had arrived at midnight due to no street signs or big hotel Marquis and GPS is backwards and often misguided me thank goodness for Google translator which ended my entire day search. This hotel has wifi a bed shower and central air units but be warned you ate going to hear a pin drop .. you hear the noises of the streets and neighbors and cats mating and some rude neighbor who whistled an entire 3 hour symphony at 5:00 am - 9 am .. nightly price was ok but should be no more than $25.00US - did not further my stay due to environments / noise surrounding the hotel.

Hôtel plus moderne que beaucoup d'autres dans le secteur. Accueil correct. Manque d'attention sur le confort des chambres : pas de rideau occultant, fenêtres qui ferment mal et laissent passer le bruit (énorme jour et nuit dans le secteur, comme partout), manque de vaisselle, de poubelle, de matériel de cuisine pour la kitchenette. Bonne climatisation. Pas de ménage si la chambre n'est pas libérée assez tôt le matin. Pas d'ascenseur.

Comodidad, Tranquilidad, Higiene, buen trato, un ambiente acojedor y confortable. Mas de 2 años hospedandome en este hotel que a pesar de verce un expacio pequeño no puedes ni imaginar todos los beneficios que te ofrencen. Te sentiras en un hotel de lujo con un gasto mucho menor mas la fscilidad de aseso a toda la zina colonial, supermercados, museos, entre otros.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas de la zone coloniale, l'établissement est propre et confortable néanmoins je déconseille l'hôtel car la patronne a essayé de nous faire payer une nuit supplémentaire alors qu'elle nous a appelé le taxi le matin du départ.

Great budget hotel, excellent location and clean,comfortable studios. Very helpful staff. The new owners have really transformed this place. Overall a great stay! Definitely would recommend it.
