  Easily the best place in El Code, maybe the beat in Zona Colonial. Excellent location, great room and service, excellent price. Had problems with power outages, but that endemic to Santo Domingo in general.

  Frustrating disgusting experience. You make a reservation 5 days before then when you reach the lobby they simply say: The Hotel is full. And they say our reservation is not on their system. They just want money from the first that give it to them. Total irresponsibility. We had to go walking to find a new hotel.
