Staff is great! Hotel food is ok, rooms are decent and affordable. They offer shuttle transportation to the beach, but make sure you bring your food and snacks bc there was no place to buy food when we went there, also bring something to sit or lay down bc most of the beach is owned by resorts and their premises are for their guests only. You can definitely enjoy a beach walk 🏖 🌞

The worst place in the Punta Cana area. The equipment is not working, the owner is aggressive. I advise you to avoid this place. In the garden we had a guard who watched us at night :(

The place was nice and the staff helpful. We were surprised by the amplitude of the rooms, we were very pleased with them. We went during low season, thus there weren't a lot of tourists around, but because of it the place was nice and peaceful. The only area of improvement is regarding the room booking, we needed to tell the staff that we will arrive a day later than originally booked, but they did not answer our emails or phone calls, we were a little afraid of what that could mean, but there was no problem at the end.
Please keep in mind that it is not close to the beach in a walking distance, but the hotel provides transportation. Taxis are very expensive, regardless of how close you are going, at least 15 US dollar the ride.

Horrible place!!!! Dirty, full of cockroaches!!! very rude staff! Not helpful at all!!! Situated in dangerous area of Bavaro, where you can't go outside when it's dark because you can not come back safety. It's very loud because it's next to a very busy road where locals drive like crazy. And last think the manager Barbara!!! She ignores all the complaints, she is not helpful at all!!! Grrrr never again! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

lovely place with very nice rooms. the pool area is very nice, the breakfast is good and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. they have a private shuttle that takes you back and forth to the beach

Clean place, spacious rooms. Reasonable drink prices, food is not great but edible. Maids are friendly, went during low season and the hotel was not crowded. Internet only worked by the lobby area. The hotel is located next to golf resort, felt okay to walk around during the day. Despite what staff says, I would not walk around at night especially off property and by yourself. It's not safe to do so.

Very nice place. Nice bedrooms, nice rooms in general. Great if you want to be a lot more comfortable than the budget allows. Spacious.

Flexible visitor options. Close enough to Avenida Espana, for those that want a bit of the nightlife outside the "All inclusive Zones".

Best bet, if you want a decent hotel, and comfort outside the mega pricey zone.

The wifi is a bit sucky. It works, but i have had better in other less impressive hotels. i give them a 4 out of 5. (Only because of the WiFi).
