Definitely worth 3 stars and almost 4. I had a great experience here and would definitely go back. The hotel is beautiful. I am usually negative so if I say it was a positive experience you can count on it. Breakfast was average but not bad. Rooms were very cozy and quiet. Hotel is close to everything. You feel very safe at the hotel has good overall security. Definitely worth a stay if in the old town of the city.

Excellent ambiance! Great old world feel. Friendly staff! Would be 5 if not for the noisy fridge turning on and off every 15 minutes 24 hours a day! Also there was barely hot water one day and poor shower head and faucets. Maybe other rooms are better but overall good experience.

Rooms are very expensive for nothing, still have the old type of colonial settings and design. Good for those who love antiques designs.

had an ok time, check in was fast, cable sucks, stayed for 3 nights and mayb an hour or two cable worked fine, rest of time I was told it was cable company fault that there was not service. Toilet problems were solved pretty quickly.

Do not stay here. I booked seven rooms for a group of students a month in advance. Their website was down, so I had to call to make reservations. After a couple of calls back and forth they reserved the rooms I needed (although they didn't have all the double rooms we needed, so we adjusted to singles where we had to). I called two days before arriving to cancel two of the rooms, and after a lot of back and forth we found there was no longer a reservation. It looks like they booked another group that happened to need 7 rooms and may have assumed it was the same group. I've stayed here a number of times and there always seems to be problems with our reservations. They are hit and miss with the website and e-mail. It is too bad, it is a charming location. But who wants the stress of dealing with reservation problems? Be warned- not worth the risk. Lots of better places to choose from.

Love rooftop pool and the sauna. The indoor parking is super small maybe for 12 cars and Its on a first come first serve including non guests (at a cost) so there is no guaranteed indoor parking. You may have to park in the street (also no guarantees you will find a close spot). Service was okay except they seem to have a problem with giving out towels for pool or for rooms.

Beautiful and rustic old world charm in the heart of the Colonial Zone. We loved this hotel and would stay here again.
