I had a terrible experience in this hotel, the recepcionist was very rude and impolite. I booked this hotel for one night. The water was not working, and they lied to us that it will be solved within 30 minutes. The recepcionist never apologized saying :"Everyone has the same issue so wait". After asking three times of when it was going to be solved, we decided to leave. The recepcionist did not even talk to us, kept watching the TV from a sofa and didnt lift a finger to take our keys. I asked for a refund and they say that I will get it within 7 days. One month pass, and still nothing. I make the claim, and they say they will do it with highest priority. Again, pure lies. I did not get my money back. Stay away. I went to nearby hotel Olimpo that is equivalent and much more welcoming.
