Do not pay for your nights in advance. They do not refund your 💰 money. We paid for 3 nights & found an apartment $500 per month, down the street everything included. They indicated the paperwork we signed off on, said no refunds but they will give you a ticket voucher for the next time you want to stay there, providing you remember to bring it. Remind them to turn on hot water & be persistent. Our 2nd night ( we shower at 9pm, to go to bed clean & A/c low to keep from sweating in the bed) we insisted no hot water yet. They insisted we needed to let water run, so after 20mins, I had to have someone come in to verify before they turned it on. Besides that we stayed in room D1. A/C, breakfast, no fridge, no laundry, & you can't use cellphone in the room (no signal). And during the day there is a very loud industrial motor/ fan running for the next door building, amplified by the garage/ parking area. So you will have to talk in the lobby (w/out privacy) cause outside the lobby is a major highway & you'll spend most of your time shoo-ing away motorist & taxis honking at you, thinking you need a ride. Still 4stars cause it is much nicer than other places I've been. No dinners Friday - Sunday nights. The grocery stores have cafeterias with cheaper priced food. With vendors always ask price first. Jugo de Cinola & Tostones are the best!

Our room door did not lock, our shower water was cold, the staff was rude and although they agreed to our reservations set up and paid by the airlines, they still made us pay when we tried to check in. Breakfast was not "complimentary" and wifi did not work at all. The food was good though. Overall a sketchy place with a less than helpful staff. You could find a better hostel.

Excellent Service. Frank and his wife are the best. The food was excellent at a good price. Best small hotel that I have ever visited. I will return.
