Relatively compact 295 bedroom hotel with small beach shared with locals. Some fairly good night time shows, the circus being the highlight. Food varied and generally good at the buffet, inconsistent at the 3 Al a carte restaurants with virtually the same dishes served in alland quality not great! Drinks also inconsistent from one bar to another and the same bar!

Please book it without any hesitation. Great staff, clean rooms, great food, the nature is very beautiful. Stayed in Jr suite and was very happy with our selection! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Cayacoa is a wonderful place.The grounds are spectacular.If you are a beach person this is not the hotel for you.It has wonderful pools and the views are incredible.Rooms are great. The food and drinks are amazing.The staff were just so helpful at all times.It was a pleasure to stay there.

Beautiful resort! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and they changed the theme everyday. There are families that travel here with kids/babies. One woman was offended that I was breast feeding my baby in the lobby of a restaurant and asked the server to have me removed. The server obviously knew that would be inappropriate so the woman stormed out and put on a temper tantrum that I was allowed to breastfeed my baby in public. People smoke too close to the pools so that was annoying. Loved this place, clean and well taken care of! We will return despite the other rude travelers.

The hotel is beautiful there is so much green and palm trees. The staff is fantastic, they are always happy and have smiles on their faces. The hotel has 2 beaches one that akes the elevator down, wich is kept well, and the other, by the villas is not kept well, it is very small and there is no place to lay on the sand. It is dirty, and the water washes up a bit too much stuff. Also the pool and the hot tub there are not maintained. I guess it was because the villas were not full of people and so they took less time to that side, but then again I was never able to bathe in that pool and the hot tubs jets were NEVER on, and even when I asked the security to do something about it he said no one was around. The hotel is gorgeous, it just requires better maintenance and more beach space!
