  Kind friendly and helpful staff good food breakfast was amazing. But management needs to renovate the bar counter was eaten away by termite and the hotel floors needed cleaning and polishing badly.

  nice hotel, somehow clean, we moved the bed and found an opened condom! the breakfast was very good and the AC worked pretty well

  I had a great time staying in this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were included and the beach was a 30 second walk. The lovely employees showed amazing hospitality. I will be booking my next stay in Sosua in this same hotel.

  Place is a falling apart. The hot water heated busted out and flooded my room. I tried to be polite and patient. After 5 hours of waiting with people in and out of my room I asked if I could change rooms. The manager at the front desk replied that if I waited all day I can wait a little while longer and that she wouldn't change my room unless they couldn't get it fixed. 5 minutes later I checked out. While the staff is friendly I wouldn't at all consider them helpful.
  
  I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

  Always a bad sign when they do not show you pictures of the room.
  I went to see this hotel when I was in Sousa. It is no way near a luxury hotel.
  But neither is any other in Sousa. It's okay for value. The bed is a king but looks tough.
  BIg flat screen tv and convientley located. A friend told me it was noisey at night. They serve free breakfast and diner but I don't know what or how it is. Might be worth the gamble if you are looking for value.

  Stay there once and booked 2 more holidays there. Only place I go in DR. Great for single guy. Clean rooms& great food. Great value for the money
