Very bad washroom in rooms
Very bad experience with sales people behind you all day for selling you time share
Stores have no prices so they rob you with there own price

Horrible! Rooms smells like mold, food taste horrible and it is VERY cheap made. Manager showed me another room and it smelled the same? I went to a Resort in Punta Cana and made the same amount per night and the rooms were perfectly clean and the food was good. The manager tried to give me an excuse for the room smelling like mold due to the Dominican Rep being humid? Umm no! That is not an excuse. Had to sleep with my balcony open due to the smell of mold and had woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. Please don’t waste your time honestly and go some where else. Aka Punta Caña.

This hotel is the worst,save yourself time and money and go somewheres else,we where a day late,when we finally got to the hotel and check into our room,it was dirty,there were hair and roaches in the room,I called 3 time for someone to clean the room,they rush the cleaning leaving your room still dirty the sink in the bathroom had leak,the toilet barely flushes the room smelled like mold ,the staffs at the front desk an housekeeping are very very very very rude,if you don't understand Spanish they talk about you to each other,the food is cold and nasty,they charge for room service and wifi, when I reported my bracelet missing at the front desk the clerk pretended to call room service to ask for it and then told me it wasn't found. I was constantly bothered by people trying to sell me things ON the resort. The hotel is still under construction so you won't get much sleep. The best part of the experience was leaving the resort to go home I will NEVER be back to this hotel.

Experiencia que puedes tener en hoteles 4 3 y 5 estrellas. allà tendrás una excelente vista hacia la hermosa playa, maravilloso buffets, una increÃble servicio personalizado un enorme salón de conferencias y las mejores excursiones
