May have once been Gran, but no longer perfect. Full of groups. River and view is beautiful (but on close inspection could do with some rubbish clear up). It is also very loud. Pool can be a little frat party. Drinks severed in pool in glass, glasses! No black out curtains or reach of WiFi in our ‘deluxe’ room.

Nice place to get away from it all but a little expensive to eat dinner at night. Still have not had any hot water in 3 days. But the room is nice and the Riverview is nice
The hotel itself is well-maintained and well laid out and the rooms are nice so I guess you have to put up with a few things that aren't quite 100%. Just be prepared to pay 28% taxes on top of all menu items in the dinner menuresponse / report this review -

We didn’t stay at the hotel but wished we had. The staff was very helpful and the property was nice. It’s situated right next to the waterfall. So peaceful and plenty to do nearby.

This hotel is beautiful, filled with many aspects of our typical decorations, furnishing, lush scenery with many tropical trees, a beautiful river and mountains surrounding it. And the service is excellent! And amazing experience! I do recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature, and also if you want to spend some romantic time with someone special..

Doesnt receive 5 starts because it needs some renovations, it as an amazing surroundings, great breakfast, dinner was very good, nice jacuzzi to end the afternoon. You can try the local river that passes trough the hotel. Sadly I only stayed one night

The view is the best things about this hotel. The food is also good. The rooms are very basic but the river running alongside the property is beautiful. Be careful with the offer to ride horses. We were told it would be 900 pesos only to get back and have to pay 1800. They said the ride went over an hour and that the people offering the horses aren't employed by the hotel. Better communication would have prevented this.

$700.00 WAS STOLEN FROM MY LUGGAGE. I was staying in this hotel for two days. On my check out to my surprise money from my luggage hidden away was stolen. I called spoke with front desk it took 24 hours just to speak to the manager. Once I contacted manager I was told there was going to be a unknown wait to receive camera footage. Conveniently when I asked for footage no response. And they claimed no one went into my unit. I will never recommend nor go back to this hotel. Worse experience ever

the place has seen better days. nice location, but we were unlucky with the room, it was above the kitchen, so you could smell the food 24/7, and we had a non invited guess, a mouse, that would come in and out through a hole on the floor

Awesome river view from our room. Breakfast is included and it was delicious, fruits, mangu, cereals.. You can buy lunch and dinner, portions are great and prices are ok for the place
