It is beautiful. The bedrooms are clean and has a beautiful view. What I dislike is that you have to pay for the drinks and food separately. The prices where to high even for a resort. The day that I went it was raining so I can really say about the activities.

Bueno no me gusta poner malos review a Los lugares pero cuando Los visitamos no es lo mismo q presentan o anucian por tv, el club tienes algunas parte un poco abandonada, pero eso si q tiene buenas comida y vebidas en especial, el COCOLOCO drink the best + 😚😀😋

Amazin food, great staff, nice, cold and strong river to go crazy in! Beautiful views and nice weather and temperature. Felt safe in the area.

However, when called to fix a bedroom airconditioning and was told to be fixed the day after, it was not done. Slept without A/C but thanks to weather it was not that bad.

A little difficult to get the hot water running, you need to let the water run before you finally get hot water.

Some rooms had insects here and there.

Slightly struggled to communicate if you don't speak spanish.

Excellent place to relax with a beautiful view of the nature and perfect to enjoy a tipical Dominican food.Customer service was great. I just loved everything in this place.

If you want to have a near contact with the nature, this place is for you. Good service by the hotel manager. You can go with your family or friends, it has some pools, bar, restaurant, a river and a bridge where you can take amazing photos.

Its ok but pricey

Cons : price, far from town, weak wifi signal at the pool areas and rooms. no jacuzzi. Not all included. Pools a bit dusty .

Pro: friendly staff , rooms well groomed and cleaned. 5 pools to choose, hot water in the showers, cable tv, FREE BREAKFAST.. access to river side.
