Friendly staff; food salty; restaurant closes more often than open; very expensive for a basic hotel

Only 6 spaces for parking lot, and very difficult to get out in the morning due to heavy traffic. Wayyyy too noisey, it is right in front of the market, and the sellers start yelling since 5:00 am in the morning. No playing area for kids. No elevator, and you have to carry your bag yourself. No electric plug in the bathroom. I gave too stars because the food is good with the right price, and the chef makes you feel welcomed, and he is always smiling.

Rooms are windowless. TV reception horrible, the check out hour is too early, location is in a nonwalkable area, and the price at over $100/night is not worth it.

Very nice hotel with convenient parking, night watch guard and delicious upstairs restaurant. The rooms are some and nice. Table tv is available, mostly in Spanish however. Staff is nice and friendly.

Started out with super loud f****ng music till 4am and could not sleep even on the 2nd floor . Then 2 days later my mothers blouse was stolen. 1 day later our passports and watches were stolen from our locked bags that were unlocked. Now, a student and athelete, will miss days of my life because of the criminal maids that work here. Now we are working with the US Embassy and the police including the military to locate our passports and to get us the hell out of this country. Reporting this Hotel to Human services.

I loved this Hotel. My room was nice and clean. The service was great and the employees were always friendly.

Horrible place. Small closet sized room. The "window" looked at the inside of a wall. Bed was as hard as a rock. Very loud music playing until 5:00am on a Tuesday! Worst hotel experience I had in Dominican Republic. Even though it's cheap, its not worth the money, avoid this place
