Awful place, the room was poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sofas full of stains. The cable was not working and privacy was inexistent since the room was in the backyard at ground level with a view to the laundry room and a washer standing in the middle of the yard. Amenities in the room were inexistent.
Location wasn't charming at all, and in fact seemed quite dangerous to walk around.
I had a full week booked and paid for and experience was so terrible I had to leave after the first night and staff didn't seem to care of notice this.
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they had a really tight budget and a very adventurous spirit. 😣response / report this review -

I was underwhelmed by the quality of the hotel. Firstly it's two different buildings across the street from one another. The beach and bar area on one side with the main house and dining area on the other. If you have a junior suit then your room is behind the main house in a private alley with parking.
Since this is on the far northern end of the playa it's in a less developed area. However it is next to the large flea market area which is great for haggling for souvenirs. The beach location was actually nicer than that of many resorts down (east of the hotel) beach.
The complementary breakfast is fantastic however. The close location of superb places to eat was also nice.
P.S. Don't worry about booking a pickup before hand. When you get to the airport there are dozens of private shuttle companies that'll pick you up for the standard fee of 35 US. It's well worth it. Also most restaurants take US as well as Euros. If not about two blocks from the hotel is a currency exchange that has better rates than the airport.response / report this review -

Bueno es un hotel con mala organización considero que se puede mejorar bastante el todo incluido es equivocado porque muchas veces hay que comer lo que haya fallos en detalles de las habitaciones cosas positivas es ubicación y los trabajadores son agradables.

this is a total no!! when you search for pictures online they look really nice , but when you actually get to the hotel its not what you were expecting. beware!!
Customer service its not so bad , it actually complements all the rest.

Tienen la mejor relación calidad/precio, el servicio es excelente con un nivel de personalización extraordinario. Las habitaciones son realmente cómodas y sobre todo limpias. Si visitan este hotel no pueden dejar de probar las pizzas, recomiendo mucho la de 4 quesos o la de arugula y jamón serrano.

Hotel simple, la playa se encuentra a 30 metros.
El desayuno es básico (bebida y opciones de comidas de las cuales solamente se puede elegir una). Los jugos no son naturales.
No cuenta con frigobar en la habitación.response / report this review
