This was a day I would never have had with anyone but El Tour Caribe. It was the most relaxing adventure with some amazing people. They are so friendly and fun. We danced all the way back that afternoon. Such thoughtful tour guides..one on one time you can't get with those other companies.believe me we saw the difference. Thank you all but especially Elise and Edwar for giving me a experience I will cherish FOREVER. This was the best excursion in Punta Cana.Hands down.

I spoke with Lise a couple of times prior to our trip to the DR and she was extremely helpful on all occasions. I was trying to get my wife to take the plunge into scuba diving so we booked the snorkel / scuba tour. Edwar was very patient with us and encouraging my wife even though she ultimately declined to try scuba. She still enjoyed the boat ride and the snorkeling. I booked a second trip with them two days later for a two tank dive and was again greeted with punctual hotel transfer and an excellent half day of diving. The boat was probably 45' and the max we had on board was maybe 20 people. I dove 4 times and my groups were usually 3 with the guide and never more than 4. My wife and I were so happy we splurged a little for this excursion instead of being thrown on a tiny boat sitting shoulder to shoulder with everybody. Thanks for the great dives!

Amazing Diving, Boat trip and fun times. Lise and her crew are on point and make for a great trip. Book prior to arriving on the island to find cheaper options, and the same service levels as if you booked through your resort. Strongly encourage using El Tour Caribe for snorkeling, diving, and fishing!

Lise, Edwar and Victor are a great team! Their professionalism, response to communication, punctuality on hotel to dive shop pick ups, and attention to diver skills and safety were very much appreciated. They are very knowledgeable and love to share about the island and all the marine life with enthusiasm. Appreciated the small groups on the dives. They made our whole vacation just can't say enough good things about them, had a truly fantastic time diving with them!

Beautiful reefs, gorgeous corals and sealife! These guys really know where to find the good stuff :)
The day tours are really well organized, even for my european strict mind, but with the lovely dominican joy of life!
I can only recommend it, beautiful dive sites, chill operation, the diver's king, you don't need to touch your gear between the dives
All included and just the best! :-)
Perfect for families with divers and non divers too.

Lise and Eduar were both amazing to deal with and very personable. Contact with Lise was great and simple and we were able to book our dives without any complication. All of the gear we rented was in great condition, the dive computers also worked well. We were picked up from our hotel in Punta Cana and dove st Georges wreck in the morning as well as the guaraguana wreck (a pirate ship from the 1500s!!) we went for lunch at a great seafood restaurant and then we visited the Atlantic princess wreck. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything and will definitely recommend El Tour Caribe to friends visiting the Dominican. Highly recommended!

You won't find a better dive center in Punta Cana! If you're looking for a private diving experience I highly recommend El Tour Caribe! I went diving for 2 days and had a blast! We went to some beautiful reefs with colourful corals and fish all over the place! Lot's of rays also! They take care of all your gear so you don't have to worry about that and don't need to carry it anywhere, just jump in the water and start diving! Lise and Edwar will take good care of you! Can't wait to go back!

Great diving outfit. Every time I am in the DR, I contact them and go diving. The owners and all staff are absolutely great!!! From non certified to well beyond advanced, they will show you a great time!

Went last year with this group and knew I had to go again this year. Very qualified and FUN staff. PADI Certified so You can get your Open water or AOW dives in while you are there.

Edwar and Elise are wonderful people and will make sure your need are met and you are SAFE! Remainder of the Staff is very professional and Qualified. No reason to go anywhere else. Stay away from the Resort Dive Groups and just use this Place. They will come pick you up at your Hotel ON TIME - and make sure you return safely

Just called to book an excursion for a group of five and got the most disgusting attitude from Lise, apparently she was so upset by the fact that she'd answered two previous calls from my companions and I asking questions about the tours before we were ready to book! Well excuse is for needing to be on one accord and do our homework before spending hundreds prior to arriving in a foreign country. The most disgusting and rudest behavior I've ever witnessed from any company! Do not even waste your time. If your not paying when she's ready she'll treat u like your money and time isn't important!

Our group of six adults didn’t want any of the ocean tours offered by the resort because they all included stops at the dolphins, stingray and shark compounds, which we all think is cruel, so we weren’t interested in those. My son found El Tour Caribe online the night before we wanted to go, so after few quick email exchanges we booked our own private glass bottom boat and paid by PayPal which was very convenient. El Tour Caribe were the only ones that would customize a trip to accommodate what we wanted to do.

The van showed up right on time the next morning and took us to the boat launch where we spent an amazing morning on the water in our own glass bottom boat. It was a fun, memorable half-day of touring, fishing, snorkelling and drinking. Highly recommended.

Private boat for 6 of us for 3 hrs. Booked it online right from our resort the night before . After a few quick email exchanges, paid by paypal.

My wife and I went on multiple adventures with Lise & Edwar with El Tour Caribe in Punta Cana. However, our most memorable experience was a dinner cruise that we went on along the coast. Amazing Caribbean food with a Dominican flair, and as it was a private tour there weren't the "masses of people" surrounding us that you find with pretty much any other tour company. El Tour Caribe is hands-down the only choice for those with discerning taste and an eye for value. We'd recommend their services to anyone traveling to the area and will most certainly continue with their services every time we return.

Greetings to Lisa and Victor and the rest of the crew from Washington DC. I found this company here on Trip Advisor but on the Hard Rock Resort sight. I emailed asking about pricing and choices of different excursions. We stayed at the Hard Rock and upon our arrival I emailed to line up a trip. Unfortunately they were booked solid and our only choice was to charter a private trip. The price was very fair for my two daughters and myself. So that's what we picked. The night before our trip I noticed tons of people waiting inline for the excursion desk. It looked like hours of wait time. I was relieved we were all lined up to go with just a few emails. They picked us up early at our resort. We drove about 50 minutes to the boat marina. We were pampered all day. Lots of personal attention helping us put on our own snorkel gear however they can provide all that too. We had snacks and fruit punch, waters and sodas. We snorkeled with a ton of fish and then over a shipwreck. We went to Isla Saona and had a wonderful lunch and the girls swam, then we did some shopping in the huts. On our way back we stopped at a "natural pool" I never dreamed ocean water could look like that. My girls played with large starfish and throughly enjoyed that swimming time as did I. The crew took tons of pictures of us with both my underwater camera and my regular camera. On the way home we stopped at this cool beach shop and made it back to the resort around 6pm. I'm sure the larger tours they provide are a wonderful, memorable experience but the best part of this day was my girls telling me this was their best day ever, even better than Disney World. Im SO glad we paid the extra money, it was worth every penny and truly a day they will never forget!! I highly recommend this company and encourage you to email Lisa to line up a trip in advance to your trip to the island so you don't have to wait in such a crowd to plan a trip and not knowing what your getting for your money. Enjoy the Doninican Republic and Isla Saona!!!
