Nice and clean place. The Jr. Suite is roomy and with air conditioning + heating. Staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is just amazing. Nice outdoor pool. Good view, however, the windows are locked. You can see the beach from the window on 6th floor, but the distance is still great by foot.

While this hotel seems pretty fancy (price included), the service is less than ordinary. Most employees lack manners and tend to treat the customers unprofessionally. They are unable to provide explanations when asked about certain hotel rules and can be extremely rude when confronted for their lack of knowledge. The breakfast is decent.

Every Friday you can enjoy live jazz in the eighth floor bar, with great views of the city.

Nice hotel, good location and great swimming pool But the facilities (room fridge, gym and machines, sauna, furniture in general etc) are old and seem to be a bit dirty. Although half of the staff is amazing, the other half is not qualified at all.

I just have experience with the conferences rooms and buffet, but all that was superb. Cozy and very large rooms, the buffet was terrific, a lot of options for dessert.

The hotel is very fancy, the bell boy approached us for our bags but we wanted to carry our one each. We rated the hotel one star less because of the fallowing, after we refuse to have our bags taken by the bell service personnel their treatment of us was different. The next patrons that walk through the door were treated to a warm towel for their hands, something that we were not offer. Then they would offer a complementary happy hour from 5pm to 7pm during which time they would often change the location of the happy hour only to find out that after 4-nights at the hotel that they would try to charge you for the drinks because you consume it at the wrong place because you were miss informed. But now to the good things, it is not all bad. They actually have an Olympic size pool. The deep end is nice, but due to safety reason you are not allowed to dive into it. The rest of the pool area is very nice with lots to do because there is also a recreational area with tennis courts and basketball too. They also have a full soccer court. You can order foid from the poolbar. The room are nice and cleaned every day, we stayed at an executive room so we had access to breakfast on the 8-floor restaurant every morning. The food was fresh natural fruit juices a bit above a continental breakfast. Overal our stay at the hotel was great and we are already planning our next visit.

Worse service ever, the employees need to be more professional and know that we the people pay their bills.

Nice clean hotel, big rooms and great food. Lovely pool and cheap drinks. Only negative feedback on the hotel is that when you shower the entire bathroom get overflown(at least room 512).

Loved the rooms. I thought it was wonderful being that it was the first place I had been that had air conditioning in a week straight. Also, I thought it was kinda funny that the bathroom had cups all wrapped in plastic ready to use, but there was also the fact that the water in the Dominican Republic is not potable, so that was kinda almost like a "haha you can't use me" kind of thing. Also I thought it kinda stunk that I couldn't use the TV without paying for it. I guess that's just an international travel thing. Other than all that, it was really nice!

Although, the price of breakfast exceeds its value, the room and service are both great.
