The merengue used in the cakes was terrible. You could feel the little sugar crystals since they weren't fully incorporated. The excess in sugar might contribute to this. In all my experience with meringue, a good one is ment to be fluffy and airy not heavy. Although the merengue was terrible the cake itself was decent, the pan was rich and moist. But the Cakes quite overpriced.

Small and personal, with a very comfortable terrace for outdoor seating and high chairs. You may enjoy a local great coffee or quick bite. Delicious dessert, cookies and cakes for a birthday or events are the specialty here.
