  Chef Pepper. There isn't much else that is needed to be said. This is a top-of-the-line restaurant with supreme burgers. Definitively a go!

  Since the last time I was here, the service and quality of food has really gone downhill. If I waited for someone to seat me, I'd still be waiting. Getting a menu and actually ordering food, is a whole nother ordeal. Forget about someone removing plates that are empty because you've finished the food. And getting your bill will take forever.
  
  The food was somewhere between okay to substandard. The prices are about the same as a year ago, but now you get no extras. Everything seems to me al la carte. No fries, no veggies, nada. This was not the case before.
  
  Overall, I wouldn't go here again. It's a shame, seems like a nice place. Save your money. McDonald's has better food and service. That should tell you all you need to know.
  
  My wife's comment after we were done, 'we should have gone to Wendy's or Denny's instead'. Take that for whatever it is worth.

  I like it because it has some nice food, lots of meat and hamburgers etc. I like the laid back style. It is not a place where you will have the grand culinary experience, but it is nice. Service is good.

  Nice place with great food but slow service and waiters are like they came to my restaurant not me to them.. good food but waiters should get some work discipline!!!!! Also no english waiter for serving!

  Very good food chain in Dominican Republic, but for some reason this specific restaurant is not like the others (slow and not so good service).
