Pesímo servicio al cliente, el Staff simplemente no tienen ganas de trabajar!!!
Les comento que me fui a tomar un gin tonic y un ron brugal con sprite y la cuenta fue 950! Roban mas que el gobierno! Nos cobraron doble trago de ron solo porque devolvimos el primero porque este no tenia ni sabor a ron ni color y estos entendieron que queriamos mas alcohol, al parecer lo echaron con un goteron! Encima el primer gin lo preparon con una tonica sin gas y cabe destacar que el tipo nisiquiera nos dío las diferentes opciones de Gin que tenian, primero me dice que es un gin de la casa luego dice que es Gin bombay al pagar. En fin un desastre!! Mejor ir al Quiksilver dos tragos de Brugal XV 350 y el servicio al cliente es mejor!!!!response / report this review -

To start with, the servers and casher are rude. I ordered a piña colada, and they had none. So I asked for anything with pineapple, they had none. So I asked for any drink with bananas, they had none. I had to settle for an virgin drink with passion fruit, and the guy who served me was acting like he was doing me a favor.
Then it came time to pay. The bill was 150 pesos and I had 500 pesos. After I paid they decided they had no change. Go figure how a company that doesn't have change for $10USD at 4pm in the afternoon stays in business. Now I am stuck there and can't leave because they have my money, and of course, wont return it.
After waiting literally 15 minutes, and watching the cashier talk and text on her food, while feeding her face. I had to approach her again and demand my change. At that point she gave the 500 pesos to another waiter and sent him off looking g for change.

El robo mas grande de mi vidahoy 4 de febrero de 2016, fuimos a tomar 3 cubalibres de ron barcelo añejo con cocacola. Nos quisieron cobrar 1350 pesos que son 27,55 euros, sentados en unos taburetes de una barritaincreible!!!!, teniendo en cuenta que es una barrita dentro de un centro comercial.
Acto seguido, hice que llamaran al encargado, gerente o algun responsable para expresar mi queja. Lo llamaron por telefono y nos hizo una rebajajajaja, aun asi seguia siendo un robo. 1028 pesos, que se traducen a 21 euro, es decir 7 euros por cubalibre en un centro comercial.
no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Alguien tendria que poner remedio a ese trato al turista.
