New location is nothing like the old one. It's lost ambiance, warmth, and flavour. Even the margaritas no longer come in margarita glasses. This used to be a favourite restaurant of mine in Punta Cana, but I won't go back anymore.

The place is butiful nothing crazy but being able to eat with an ocean view is priceless, food was exelent. They also have a prity cool night Life with live instruments and Live DJ's swinging by.

This place has a great view. You can sit next to the ocean and watch the waves while your feet feels the sand. The food is Asian. I like their noodle soup. Pad Thai is also recommended. One of the best spot in Bavaro

Great food, great location, fair prices. Wine list (or lack thereof) needs major improvement if this restaurant want to be in the big leagues. Otherwise, it will remain a beach joint.

Great location, style and view. Good food, nothing crazy but better than most in this area. Cocktails are not their strength; food is. Priced for tourists (expect leaving 1000 pesos per person). Worst service, though! Insane delays, staff look like they're stoned and don't care about you at all. They might smile and not forget to bring you your order if you're lucky. They never bring you the check even if you ask; been there twice, could have left without paying and nobody would have noticed I think that alone gives a good idea of the service! Still worth the food and scenery if you have time and patience.

Great location on the beach. Nice selection of Asian dishes. We had the ginger teriyaki fish, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice. Perfect amount for two people. Everything was delicious.

I don't understand the reviews for this place. We had a tamarind shrimp which was way too sweet and the garlic sesame chicken which was barely edible because it was overcooked, burnt and too salty. These are the specialties of the restaurant The cocktails were only OK. The staff was friendly and fast though and the place looks great. Would not recommend.

Fantastic restaurant, truly stands out amongst everything else in the area. Very quiet, clean, great value for the money you pay. Courteous staff and tasty food. Been here three times already and keep coming back - food, service and cocktails are the absolute best we've experienced so far in Punta Cana.

Dining out in Punta Cana is a hard task. Everything is overpriced and food is disappointing. Balicana is the only exception to the rule that we found while there. Prices are fair, ambient is really good and quiet, and food is actually very tasty and original. We've been there several times and tried different dishes an desserts. All of them very good!
