This was a great company to use for transportation to and from airport to hotel. It was reasonably priced and very friendly people to pick up. We had a great experience when we got there and I recommended my sister to use the same service since she came 2 days later. Would use them again! I shopped around and they seem to best priced.

We did the Santo Domingo and our guide was Sandro. He was brilliant, very knowledgeable and professional. We saw so much and got to taste a slice of Dominican Republic life in the capital. The journey was long but felt very short due to the info and the tasting of delicious foods. I highly recommend this tour.

This excursion was well worth every dollar spent! The experience is unforgettable from the Horse Ranch to the fun ride on the buggy and the adventurous zip lining, I would definitely return hands down!!! Thank you to the entire staff for showing us such an amazing time and for my tour guide Joselo for all the knowledge given on the horses!!

My husband and I used Caribbean Dream to go from the airport to our resort in Punta Cana, and back. They were awesome! The airport in Punta Cana can be very overwhelming with so many vendors all looking to give you a ride. Our driver was right where he said he would be, and was quick to grab our bags and show us to the shuttle. It was raining outside so he gave us an umbrella to use as we walked to the vehicle. He was quick to load things up and get going. It is a private shuttle so we had lots of space to spread out and didn't have to talk over anyone. He was good company and courteous to give us time to talk to one another. The driver we had on the way back was early to arrive at our resort and showed the same courtesy and care as the first one. Both vehicles were very clean and well kept. This company was amazing and if we ever go back they are the only ones I would use! They made believers out of both of us!

Had a great time on this excursion!! Max was our tour guide . He was very informative and made us feel secure with the locals and what we would be doing. Playing in the ocean on the sandbars, drinking rum and coke, and jetting along on a fast boat to a catamaran party. Couldn't have had a better time. The lunch on the island was very good but the restrooms were a little scary. Make sure u bring towels and plenty of sun screen! This tour was exactly what we wanted it to be. Spending the beautiful day on the water. We even had our own pirate along for the ride.

Airport transportation was perfecto. Our flight was delayed by two hours and our driver was waiting patiently. Cold air conditioning in van. Five stars.

We purchased 2 different excursions for our vacation to Punta Cana March 23rd and March 24th, 2018. Our first excursion was the half day Safari excursion. Our voucher listed our pick up time as 845 am from the Riu Bavaro Palace. We received an email the day before for confirmation and requesting our room number. We responded with the room number and a See You Tomorrow. We came to the lobby at 835 am and saw the Safari bus pulling away. I assumed there would be another one for our pick up. As it passed 845, I called the number listed on our voucher and got a voice mail, so I left a message. After no return call after another 5 minutes, I went over to a rep in the hotel and asked for help. He was able to get a hold of someone. As I talked with him, he told me that our pickup time was 835 and we weren't there so the driver left. My daughter was in tears as I told the guy on the call what our voucher said and our confirmation email said. He then put me on hold and called the driver. The driver then did come back and get us, however, my daughter was already upset and we are all very stressed out. The reason for the 2 stars is that the host of the excursion was excellent. Now, Day 2 for our second excursion. We did the email confirmation AGAIN, and went down even extra early to meet the driver. AGAIN, no pick up. I called the number AGAIN and left a message, no return call. I went to a hotel rep and they called and got a hold of someone. The gentlemen I talked with told me that he was running late and was currently at the Iberostar picking up other guests and would be at our hotel to pick us up after them in about 5 minutes. We waited over 15 minutes and he showed up. He did not have any other guests with him and had not picked up other guests. He did tell us that he didn't know we had an excursion scheduled. We were taken to meet the other people, which appeared upset as they had to set and wait on us, making us feel uncomfortable. This excursion was to Saona Island. There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to what boat we were going to take, etc. We had done this excursion with another company 2 years ago and it went much smoother. We did our snorkeling first. The boat was packed with people and we were in the back. By the time we got into the water, we were only able to snorkel 5 minutes. My husband didn't even get to snorkel as he couldn't even get through to get to the water. We were looking for him in the water and couldn't find him and finally saw him in the boat behind several people unable to get down the aisle. We then went to the sand bar, which was beautiful. We then spent the rest of the tour on the island, which was beautiful. I would not recommend this company as we spent a lot of money for 3 people and did not get what we paid for. To be left, not once, but twice, is unacceptable. And the stress on my daughter and the tears both mornings were uncalled for while we are on vacation trying to relax and enjoy ourselves. I gave it 2 stars as the hosts were excellent and would do anything to please the tourists. I also left information on their facebook page and sent a few emails regarding our experience and did not get any response.

Our bus driver who picked us up was the most awesome and nice person. He didn't speak much English but did his best and taught us a few things in Spanish too! ATV tour was super fun. I would recommend choosing the ATV if you don't want to get as dirty and the dune buggy if you want to get covered in mud. The beach we visited was beautiful. Cave visit could have been a little longer but it was still cool to see!

We ordered a pickup at the Punta Cana Airport and the return to the airport from our hotel two weeks later. The driver was waiting for us at the airport even-though we were late getting there. His driving was first class and his minivan was modern, comfortable and spotless. Two weeks later he was waiting for us as we booked out from the hotel a 4:50 am. The same safe and courteous drive back to the airport in air-conditioned comfort. Highly recommended.

Quick and efficient. Arrived promptly and drivers spoke enough English to know where to go and what to do. Helpful with luggage.
One great thing is they email to let you know they're picking you up the next day. Nice for peace of mind knowing they're on top of it.
Recommend using these guys. Not the cheapest, but very reliable and safe so worth the money.

I am torn on reviewing this experience. I loved the opportunity for my family and kids to see another section of the island that is not a resort. We did see how several people live which is very different. Driving the dune buggies was fun too, but there are several things about the trip was not enjoyable. The roads that we were on were clogged with several dune buggy tours. From the very beginning we felt like we were on a sales pitchit started with a pitch to upgrade to a private tour, then we stopped to "see how dominican coffee & chocolate were farmed" which ended up being a big sales pitch. After that we stopped again for the swim in the blue lagoon where were were again surrounded by people selling snacks, drinks, and stuff. Finally we drove to the beach, where were were again surrounded by people trying to put animals on your head and asking for money or selling their goods again. It was not enjoyable to have to defend your wallet at all times.

We really enjoyed this excursion. It packs so many things into one day. First, we visited a local rancher, and got to see how coffee, coconut oil, and cocoa are produced. There is delicious samples to try. Next, we went to a place where you horseback ride for about 20 minutes and zip line. I've never zip lined before and loved it! They fed us what they called a snack (plate of spaghetti) and we headed for the cigar company. There you get to roll your own cigar to bring home. Last, we went to Macoa beach for a traditional meal and swimming. We packed all of this into 6-7 hours. It was a great way to experience the Dominican.

This was the first time booking private transportation. When we arrived at the airport, we had to sit on the tarmac fire 30 minutes before we could deplane. By the time we got our luggage and went outside, our driver was gone. A local man let us use his phone to call Caribbean Dream. We were told the driver left because we "weren't there". Our plane did arrive on time. It wasn't our fault it was delayed. Another driver was sent back but we had to wait and watch while all the other travelers left.

We had to supply our flight number. Shouldn't the company check flight arrival info? Travelers cannot control arrival time.

Anyhow, the driver was awesome. And on the return trip, they were prompt.

I'd like to use them again but I'm not convinced.

Great excursion. Only 4 hours which is great. Leave at 8:30 back to the resort by 12:30. Does not take up a whole day of vacation. The day we went it was dry so not so dirty. Wish we had mud to drive through. Also very controlled. Very slow driving, very fast stops. Wish we could have done more off-road. Cave is very cool to dive in. Highly recommended. Only about 15 minutes at the beach. Strong rip tide, could not swim. Overall very good. Needed more speed and more mud!

Driver was right outside the exit with a sign for the company and had our names on a piece of paper. He didn't speak much English but was very nice. Took us straight to our hotel with no stops in air conditioned van. Was great not being packed into a bus with a bunch of strangers. Would highly recommend this way of travel over a cab and it's the same rate.
