  Leaves on time and the seats are comfortable. Cheapest way from punta cana to Santo Domingo. Looks like a standard greyhound or megabus

  Everything works well and the staff is very helpful. But if you're going by their bus dress well. I mean long trousers and some warm sweatshirt. They do love their AC an the temperature is usually below 20 C

  Is not possible get bis ticket in advance or internet. To get a ticket you should go 1 hour before the bus departs.

  Cheap and good transport between Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. All buses have toilet, air conditioning(sometimes even too much of A/C - better take something warm), but
  
  I used Bavaro Express twice - from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana and back. First time, my request for dropping me off in the specific place has been totally ignored. What is better, they dropped me off 2,5 km away, just next to taxi stop. I don't think it was a coincidence.
  
  Some advice - if you go from Punta Cana to Las Americas Aiport, don't understand stop 'Las Americas Aiport' as stop next to airport. It's a stop next to taxi stop, where you can get a taxi to airport(it's about 5km far from Las Americas). It's a little bit confusing and irritating.

  Good buses and fast service. They are improving their place in Bávaro. In Santo Domingo needs remodelation.

  They are on time. They even leave earlier if the bus is full. In this case another bus will leave at the due time.
