Esta es una pequeña plaza en Punta Cana pero puedes encontrar de todo. A small plaza in the Punta Cana complex but you can find most of what you might be looking for. Tienes tiendas, restaurantes, veterinaria, salon, un supermercado y agencias de viaje. There are stores, restaurants, a hair salon and spa, a supermarket and more. It is less than 5 minutes away from Punta Cana International Airport and close to several banks.

I live in this community and it has its pros and cons. I come from the cocotal complex and this is definitely an improvement, just not the one I hoped for.

Starting with the pros; it has basically everything you need close by, even the airport. Good restaurants and overall good utility prices given that it's Punta cana. If you need something that's not close it will be a minimum 20 minute drive though.

Now with the cons. Safety here is not really what you think at first glance and service is basically non-existing. There's controlled entrance, sure, but they let anyone in and out through most doors and the bars are rarely down. Somebody actually trespassed into my backyard and I have yet to hear a response from them about it (worst service I've experienced in a while). I've found that people break their contract and they do nothing about it (a neighbor lets loose an aggressive dog in the backyard all the time and that's stated as forbidden, solid walls separating when it should be a green/tree division, etc.) I've also heard from friends that this is not as safe as it seems and after my experience I believe them. Houses are overpriced but that's expected given that it's punta cana. There's more but it all comes down to bad service and lack of security.

Overall, it's OK to live, but don't trust blindly or you'll get bit.

Very cute little plaza with everything you need. A supermarket, restaurants, fast food, looks like a big garden with lots of trees and chilling place..
Is a walking distance from the residential area so must Locals hang around here. There is also a school near by and a church built with coral reef Rock with and arquitectural design like the Colonial times.

Small village with some decent food, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Nothing special but i recommend the market if you are looking to save money. You csn buy some decent priced liquor to take back to your hotel instead of paying the premium drink prices.
