  Their customer service made a huge difference! While trying to plan a destination wedding, I became quickly discouraged due to the language barrier, intercontinental zones, and slow response times. I felt like I was banging my head against the wall after conversing with Sublime Hotel, Wyndham Viva, and Villa Tabiki.
  
  When I called Xeliter Balcones, I spoke with Mabel on the first try. Her English was great and she answered all my questions! To be transparent, I did not actually stay at Xeliter Balcones, but I was so impressed with Mabel. I can't say enough good things about Mabel. She really made my entire experience easier and I will be heading to Semana soon.

  Beautiful resort with lots of wide spaces, a very large pool and a semi-private beach!!!
  
  Its Beach Restaurant (Porto), it is an amazing place to watch the sunset with a cold “Presidente” (local beer), and a nice lobster or fish at your plate!!!
  
  Very different experience than the typical all inclusive resorts of Bávaro/Punta Cana or Puerto Plataquiet, relaxing and beautiful!!!
