To start offI had to look for a last minute room online and ended up at azzurrefor some reason I woke up to a water flood inside my room and asked for a room change and all they did was clean my room while I was out btw there’s still water leaking in the room I told them I found a cheaper and better room and asked for my money back and they said NO not being mindful of a 4 year old girl absolutely un respectable the boss is definitely unprofessional and doesn’t care about anything but the money I will never go there again and I hope this review can save someone else especially another family looking for a getaway from getting fooled for there money

For the money, this is a great location and good enough room. The room comes perfectly cleaned and fresh. Fresh shampoo and soap which is more than most places at this price point. Also has bit water which is a huge bonus.

My AC didn't work when u got here but they fixed it the next day. The staff is supper helpful, they can get you practically anything you want from food to water to straws to being a guide and setting you up with a local to help you out. They're very accommodating.

I left out one star just because the bed isn't very comfortable nor the pillows, and the maids come every day around 11-12 and yell stories at each other loud enough to wake you up and keep you awake.
