Buggy riding to the cave and see there country products like coconut oil, Shea butter, coffee, etc. Than, to the splash zone where you get a little dirty and to the local beach.

Find a different company. We have been on amazing a excursions and this wasn’t one of them. Was told we would be in a group of no more then 20. There were at least 50. Buggy broke down several times. Never allowed to go fast had to follow the leader. Other companies vechicles were flying past us (Raptor). Rushed from site to site because of amount of people. Yes there are kids begging for money through out the trails but this was part of the experience. Handed out a few singles and water bottles to them and they were beyond happy. As we drove through extreme poverty of houses with not water, electricity floors or doors on their house. If you are looking to go fast and have an dune buggy experience this tour is not for you it’s nithing but a bumpy dirt trail that you follow a leader and go as fast ad the rider in front of you. Disappointed

Pros: they were on time for pick up, great customer service, they ensured safety measures were in place for all age groups, had someone infront and behind all motorcades
Cons: Picture packages could have been a little cheaper
I would definetely go back and i will defienetely recommend to a friend

We were sold this tour through our Resort Dreams Palm Beach. My children were very excited as the tour guide at the resort spoke highly of his company. We were picked up in a really cool Safari Style multi-person truck and driven about 35 minutes away from the resort. When we got there it was obvious that this was a business designed to pump people through as fast as they can. We were in a group of approximately 100 120 dune buggies (250 ppl) When we arrived we waited for almost 30 minutes inside a little Hut crammed in like sardines and were then advised we should be picking up bandanas to make sure we don't inhale the dust, to which, they clearly sold at ridiculous prices. After we got started there were dune buggies breaking down left right and Center, and you could tell that many of the vehicles were not in the best of condition. Furthermore, when you are on the tour it is really really slow because the line you are following ridiculously long and they need to stop vehicles at intersections to let you get through. The roads are also incredibly rough, needless to say the drive wasn't very enjoyable. Your first stop is a beautiful cave to go swimming, however, there is literally a thousand people trying to get in and again you are being sold things immediately. We were told that the property the cave is on is owned by the same owner as the dune buggy operator. It would seem that they simply want to sell you more of their product. After leaving the cave you go to a beach predominantly used by locals where people are waiting for you to sell you more needless items. The road you travel are all back roads and full of pot holes and muddy/dusty (I don't think you would mind that if you're actually having some fun in the vehicles). When you get back to the camp they funnel you into a massive shower type area to wash off the mud bring you through another gift store through a small Cafe and then back onto the buggies to your Resort. We were gone for approximately five and a half hours. I think this company probably was quite enjoyable before they decided scale their business and bring in hundreds and hundreds of people a day. There is nothing personal about the experience and you feel like you are cattle being heard into the direction the employees want you to go. I will say that the staff is relatively friendly but you can tell that they are exhausted and simply trying to get you through as fast as they can. On our travels we passed numerous other dune buggy operators that were not busy but seem to be a lot more fun and their vehicle seem to be in considerably better condition.

Adventure Boogies was great. You do have to wear a handkerchief over your nose and mouth while driving in the the buggy. Be sure to bring one with you since they will charge you $9-12 each. They have lockers to keep your things safe while you are gone but you will want to take a camera in a waterproof case. The beach you go to is the most beautiful beach we saw in Punta Cana. Then we went to a plantation with a cave that you can swim in. The cave and plantation was one of the best parts of your trip. Be careful while driving the buggy as there are children all over asking for money and they will come right up and reach into your buggy to try to take things from you. Bring sunglasses as well.

Horrible experience. It's a money grab. You follow each other in buggies with one tiny mud puddle. You also do some road driving. Bring a bandana because it's dusty. If you forgot yours you have to pay. You drive buggies that are falling apart. Two of the ones we used broke and we had to change. The beach is beautiful but the vendors there swarm at people. No place to change into swim suits but why would you to only go swim for 20 min. Then more trails and the cultural/buy things experience. A store where you can buy coffee and other drinks. They said they make the coffee there but one polished grinder looked like it was only meant for photos. But you can buy some coffee. Next is a dance which was quick. They pulled people in the ring who had shown interest in buying photos. Then we went to the cave pool which would have been great had there not been so many people trying to get into the water/in the water. I also don't know if it was natural. Then there was the drive back. So not very authentic, too large of a group and dangerous machines. Don't go.

The Dusty and the Nasty. I would have liked to write about the tour being like the Fast & Furious but that is not the case. Considering it was the third tour I had taken in Punta Cana, it did not live to any decent standard. The problem is fairly simple. The tour packs three locations and experiences (local village, cave and beach) within a short period of time which leads to a rushed poorly managed experience and is 100% aimed at selling you and selling you everything from photographers, bandanas and sunglasses. For those booking or going on the tour one huge piece of advice. Bring with you a bandana/cloth and a pair of sunglasses. You will definitely need them as the boogies will kickup a lot of dust. The alternative it to buy a bandana and glasses at the boogie center but at USD $15 for a pair of cheap glasses and USD $8 for a generic cloth bandana, it seems unreasonably expensive. Finally and in my experience, the quality of a tour experience is relative to the relationship between waiting + travelling time and experiencing. The ratio for Four Points boggies tour is poor. We waited 40 minutes for the tour truck to show up and pick us up. We then spent 45 minutes (each way) travelling on the highway and roads to pickup / drop off other tourists from their locations. We spent close to an hour at the boggie center filling out the standard disclaimer form and waiting for the groups to get organised. My advice is to stay away from Adventure Boogies and Tour Points boogie cave/plantation/beach half day tour. They are a certainly a machine. Unfortunately a selling and marketing machine.

Paid extra for the Polaris experience and they put our group into the cheaper carts.. tried to speak to someone about it but they don't speak English til they're trying to sell you something. The ride was slow but it had some fun moments. Scenery was good on the way to the beach but that's about it. No off-road stuff like we thought it was going to be.. a bit of pavement and the rest just dirt road.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible tour that had a very misleading description. They also upsell you on a faster buggy for close to 50 bucks more when we are all in the same long line anyways. The tour is super crowded so it's very impersonal and you can't even see the cave with so many people inside. Don't even get me started on the "organic coffee farm" which didn't even exist. It was just a spot to try and get tourists to spend money. I'm going to try and get a refund. I'm not even a picky person. I'm easy to please but I don't recommend this company

Great Fun! The ride was long enough -in total 3 hours. We went to 3 different places: The organic farm producing coffee, cacao, coconut and tobacco products. Then we headed off to a Cave with a beautiful underground river, and then to the Macao beach. The staff was very responsible and respectful. The boogies in fair condition. The rules are designed to provide safe and safety. If you don't want to spend extra bucks, bring bandanas, protective/sun glasses and old clothes you won't mind to stain with the mud. I really enjoyed and I will without doubt repeat the experience! W

I gave this excursion a 3 because
- The whole excursion felt rushed. We only had 10-15 minutes at every stop which just have you enough time to do some pictures.
- Crowded ride. We had about 20-30 cars total on our day that we went. We could only ride single file and at relatively slow speeds due to poor road conditions.
- Very dusty. We had gone two days following a rainstorm and the dirt roads were very dry and dusty. I wore aviators and I had too much dust in my eyes. Swimming goggles would have worked great!!response / report this review -

The staff was great. The photographer was also really good. Definitely the most bang for your buck. $50 a person was well worth it. Everyone we went with loved it. Thank you!

Very poor experience if you go take some sort of mask and googles you either get covered in dust or mud dependind on weather buggies not fitted with lights/ brake lights etc,staff get upset if you leave a safe distance from one in front.

Best thing to do while in Dominican Republic! $50US per person for 4 hours! Lots of driving thru wet muddy puddles (you can go around then if you are afraid of the dirt), dirt roads, street roads, bumps, straight aways and twisty roads until you arrive to a beach. Spend 20mins at the beach and more driving to a beautiful cave that has cold water with waterfall to jump Into! Beautiful scenery, fun experience, highly recommend to everyone!
As some advice: Bring sunglasses and a bandana to cover your face, it gets dusty and muddy so also wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty to throw in the laundry! They do offer bandanas for $5each. I recommend putting anything you bring into plastic bags because it can get muddy if you're having fun driving in through the puddles!response / report this review -

To the people who complain about the mud that's the idea of doing things like this!
I would say that this is mostly something for families with little kids.
We tried to go faster and get dirty, but they're obsessed with security, not driving fast and not damaging the buggies.
Like anything else in Punta Cana, they're always tying to sell you stuff. At one point, you just learn how to ignore that.
Our snorkeling excursion got cancelled and we got offered to do buggies again. We refused to do it with the same company.
I don't know if some of the other companies around the area do the same. I'm afraid they do.
If you're looking for an adrenaline adventure, look elsewhere.response / report this review -

It was awful! We got covered in mud head to toe. They spoke harshly to you at every point. Even got pulled over in buggy to angrily tell us we had to drive faster even tho my husband was trying to avoid the worst water areas from splashing me full of mud. The "tour" of coffee, chocolate and cigar factory meant sat you down on benches to give A short lecture of how they are made in country. Keep in mind you're miserable and covered in mud and they want you to buy stuff. You couldn't get to your money if you brought any because you tried to protect it from the mud. When you get to ocean and cave it for 5 minutes. At all places they are pushy to sell you stuff and no way to clean up. It was so ridiculous it was almost funny. Our friends buggy was so bad they were bottoming out the whole time and in pain from the ride. They also couldn't keep speed up and got lectured as well. To think we paid good money for this "adventure". Our friend had to buy shorts and a top at start because she didn't want to ruin the good white shorts she was wearing. My husband had to throw out the shirt he was wearing. I brought a towel from hotel for the cave and covered myself with it most of the time. It was white at start and brown at the end. They need to prepare you for what the true experience is so u can make an informed decision and come dressed appropriately. Also not expect you to buy stuff when you can't get to your money. Oh, they tell you at the start you NEED A BANDANA AND SUNGLASSES to protect your face and eyes and you have to buy from them at high prices. They should give you the bandana. They cost next to nothing.
