Fantastic establishment. The bar staff have very good knowledge of the spirits and drinks. An amazing selection of hard to find and flight out unavailable spirits. Hard to find as the old building can't be sign posted but head up the stairs and the first door on the right!

Such a cool place to be. I almost felt underdressed in a simple gray knee high dress and a cardigan! The patrons of the bar seems to be coming from a nice night out or business meeting.

Ruby offers classic and creative modern cocktails on a rotating menu (which you can view online). I believe the cocktails were priced around 120 dkk - despite the higher price they are extremely worth it! The atmosphere is cozy and hip with leather chairs, well dressed bar tenders and mood lighting. They offer out door seating as well.

Ruby offers cocktails, champagne, wine, and beer. They have outdoor seating. They are not handicap accessible.

Rated one of the best bars in the world, neither Zagat nor Mr. Porter (who reviewed their sister bar Lidkoeb) lie when they say this place is amazing. The service is impeccable; a regular five star cocktail bar, and the drinks, the drinks are beyond anything you will taste. The staff is knowledgable and will chat with you about your taste buds and bring you the perfect cocktail. Their menu regularly changes so everything is always fresh. I usually grab something with gin or scotch — The Alexander is especially nice if you are lucky enough to venture in when they offer it — and I am never disappointed. Anyone on København must visit this place (or Lidkoeb, which is extremely similar to this place) to consider their trip complete.

Very cool place for a drink and a good conversation as the music is not loud.
I loved their decoration and drinks. The staff is really professional and friendly.

Great cocktail lounge with tasty handcrafted beverages. Beautiful space, feels like an aristocrats living room. There's a covered outdoor space too in case it rains. We ordered pickled green peaches (?!!?) Which were olive like.

One of my most favorite cocktail venues in Copenhagen. The drinks and the service is almost on top level. Disclaimer for inpatient customers- There will be a little waiting time, but you have to understand that the drinks are bespoke, and the ingredients that they use are fresh, it takes time !

What can I say, this place knows its drinks. If you like very well made cocktails, want to find and drink some rare (and expensive) spirits and smoke a cigar on the terrace this is the place for you. Book a table if you want to make sure to get a seat, hang in the bar to watch the craftsmanship.

Probably the best cocktail bar in Copenhagen. The bartenders know their stuff and you can easily challenge them on something outside the menu card. Here they made an Old Fashioned with Elephant Gin and it was pretty much perfect!
