I'm only just arrived but so far the staff has been very helpful and the room is every bit as good as I've come to expect from SAS Radisson hotels and the location couldn't be better.

Very good hotel. Breakfast nice and fresh. Srvice very good. To little parking available at hotel. Had to go around the block where ample space was available. Free.

The most terrible Radisson I have been to!
The stuff is polite but not really helpful. The guy at the reception was the bartender at the same time. Had no idea how to make drinks.
The service at the restaurant is even worse. Dirty tables, the vary basic selection of food.
Rooms are like in a 3-star hotel. Total disappointment. 2 stars just for the location.

Business and tourism in a fantastic location by the town center and the lakeside and river front. The room was comfy and the service and restaurant good - what more could you ask for?

Fantastic hotel - but what really sets it apart is the restaurant. True gourmet food and service from a very competent staff. The location makes it even better. Idyllically located next to a stream and still in the center of town.

Attended a work related 1 day seminar. Nice location, not far from the centre of Silkeborg. Very friendly and proffesional staff, and the dining, is a chapter of its own.. recommendable :)
