Good location, near airport. Place was clean and rooms were spacious. Good internet. The restaurant had good food as well. So so value but it's Copenhagen.

The hotel is located at a 20 min walk from the airport. They offer a shuttle bus service. Alternatively you can go one stop with the M2 metro and walk 5 min. The hotel room is spacious yet a bit shabby The hotel is overpriced for the quality offered. The hotel provides free wifi access.

In close proximity to the Copenhagen airport. Good breakfast buffet available. Pillows in the rooms are just the size of a throw pillow.
Within easy reach are Chinese restaurant, Supermarket for quick shopping and a Cafe. Close to the Metro Station too.

Not quite as bad as some reviewers noted. Interiors are refreshed, but not the bathrooms in my Standard Room. My radiator wasn't working so got upgraded to a Superior room (bathroom was modernized), where the bed is much firmer and better than the Standard room. But the "double bed" is still 2 single beds pushed together and move apart if you lie on the gap.

Good: friendly staff and large family room. Conveniently located close to CPH airport, with shuttles every 30 minutes from the hotel and from the airport (last one leaves from airport at 21:45). As mentioned in other reviews, there is some wear and tear in the rooms, but for one night before a flight, it's fine.

I've travelled all over the world, and this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no regulated security at the hotel and the hotel is not in a good area. Anyone from the street can just walk in and enter the hotels and dining area. My iPhone was stolen and another tourist's purse was stolen. The hotel did not want us to call the police because it would hurt the hotel's reputationn. A suspect was found on CCTV. The hotel staff were ridiculously rude. The rooms are dirty and old.

Lucky to get to the last floor where we can appreciate a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are big and the facilities excellent. The personnel was also polite and helpful for us.

Nice standard with excellent service friendly staff! Location is great for travellers to and from the airport, otherwise the location is not the most interesting.

Close to the airport. With only 10 min walk or 5 min by the metro. The hotel offer free shuttle bus service from and to the airport. The rooms are big and nice, and staffs are awesome.

Spent the night here during a long flight connection on a snowy winter day. Very nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable bed. Walking distance to the airport. Exactly what I needed.

A lot better than expected. Rooms are really nice, beds are comfy, got absolutely no problems. Really gives its money worth.
