Hotel is very well located (10 min walking to the city center) and it's globally ok. It's cheaper than other hotels in the area but it's the minimum you can expect.
The bed was just ok (room for 2, double bed). The bathroom is very good but the sink is in the shower making your feet always wet. We could hear the people walking in the room upstairs (other than that, it was very quiet. Our room was facing the inner garden). The size of the room is good.
The quality/price ratio is ok mainly because of the location.

Dont live here . They will try to fool you. We booked a room.
With our business credit card. They wanted us to pay in advance and so we handed over our credit card.
They said that the card machine was broke. And wanted cash only. We didnt have that just passing through. And we only had that business card.
So we couldn´t pay. We asked if they could send us an invoice instead. No they could not. So we had no other choise than to cancel.
Yet a couple of days later they choose to debit our card.
We reported it to Booking and they talked to the hotel.
But the hotel had no memory of this incident. Dishonest
people. Would not recommend this hotel

The room in general was nice, good location as it was close to the train station, but! the hotel is kind of loud as the doors offered almost no sound isolation, the wifi was non-existant even tho my room was on the same floor as the reception, there's a lot of dust over the doors and in "unreachable" places and I don't think the shower curtain has been changed/washed for a couple of months.. the beds are medium to hard in stiffness, good place for one or two nights but nothing more.

Bath was way too small. I was able to take a dump while also taking a shower.

Due to something going on the hotel prices were very expensive. I paid £175 but the room was not worth £25. No television, no drinking tumblers, no toiletries and the bathroom had mildew. The smell in the toilet was unbearable. The Wi-Fi was erratic. When I went to complain in the morning the reception was closed and did not open until 10.00.
I will be contacting the agency where I booked this room as well.

Was a cheap place to stay. For the price it was reasonable. A few things that I was dissapointed in were that the bed sheets did not appear to be fully cleaned or changed, the bathroom was very compacted so the shower practically ran onto the toilet. The toilet paper is made of cheap paper towel material (would recommend bringing your own). Nice location, again very cheap compared to the rest (about 140 USD for a 2 person room, per night) so you get what you pay for. Wouldn't necessarily recommend but at the same time I do not want to come off as if I were bashing the place. If money is your concern than this is the place to stay the night, but I will not be returning as I did not have as good of a stay as I could have, to be honest.

Lastly, the "Wi-Fi" was an absolute JOKE. Disconnects about every 15 seconds.. not sure if it's intended to be that way or not.. need to configure your modem or router! Had better connection from the Baresso next-door (which by the way is a great place for coffee drinks).

Thank you to the staff and employees for doing all that you do, that is all.

Good hotel for a backpacker but don't expect anything more. I got a tiny room on 4th floor and it was really tiny. The shared bathroom and shower are together probably 4m square in total. It is really hard to take shower in that position and anyone can open door from outside.
The staff is helpful but the place is not suitable for family or if you want to have a comfortable stay. Location is also good but that's about it.

For our group of five it was everything that we needed for our first visit to Copenhagen. It was near enough to the train station, shopping and sightseeing that we walked each day. Coffee and tea was available in the kitchen a small fridge in the room also. It was nothing fancy but staying in any city can be small rooms and expensive, so we felt this was a good balance for our budget. Clean and friendly. The view from our room was a beautiful church weather you like church bells or not you would have to decide.

It's a good location from the Central Station perspective, and it's generally OK - clean and simple, but it's more like a set of apartments with a shared kitchen than a hotel.
