Excellent bulding/ manor, but could be more "enthusiastic" about facilitating guests. For instance place furniture in the yard and roof terrace, put up a sign to show you have arrived to the correct place. Etc.

Masmerizing experience!! The location is so convenient, you can literally get anywhere in no time.
And the staff is wonderful and cheerful, if you ask about something you always get some help with smile and small talk.. all in all I enjoyed my stay very much!

It is a shame to see such a beautiful house being managed so poorly. Management does not seem very experienced in running a B&B. We got a room that had a TV in it but no power/ cable connection. When we asked about it we were moved to a new room. One of the staff spent some time trying to get the new room TV to work to no avail. He said he had to leave but "promised" it would be fixed the next day. The next morning we asked the manager if we could have a comped breakfast (which is not included in the price) because of the snafu - her response: "its not my fault the TV does'nt work." I did not expect that one! She said she would get the technician over and find a solution. Needless to say it never got fixed and no-one ever checked in about it. We don't care about TV that much - but the response was ugly.

Also - the toilet seat falls on your back in the shared bathroom and the floor completely floods from the shower. There is no soap in the shower (managers response was: for this price she does not stock it). The wifi is near useless. But the rooftop terrace is beautiful!
