The hotel housekeepers stole my Ray Bans!!! I called moments after we checked out and no one has seen my ray bans!!! Amazing. So no lost and found. No proper protocol for when guest leave items. They take the guest items and lie about it!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has amazing choice and restaurants offer some great food too. The rooms are a little ‘cold’ decor wise, but that’s personal taste. Nice bar on the top floor with a great view.

I would like to specifically thank the waiter at the Basalt restaurant named Kristian. Talking about going above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable, constantly checking on the table, asking how the food is, and educating us on the extremely fine tasting food. I have never left a review on here, although this was worth it. Talking about an amazing deal for the price, you will not touch anything close. I have lived in Copenhagen for years and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, courteous, attentive, and helpful. 10 stars!!

One of the best hotels to stay!! Atleast this is one of the best hotels I hav stayed in. First visited the hotel, when it was built. Since the hotel was not very busy then, I was upgraded for FREE to the Presidential Suite. The rooms are amazing. Try to get a corner room. You will think as if you are standing at the edge of the glass. Downside - No metro or trains. You have to use only the cabs!!

Hotel is conveniently close to the bus and metro stations. Rooms look modern and clean, bed was reasonable. The breakfast restaurant was absolutely overcrowded, every morning! Breakfast choices were very good, but due to the small size of the seating area (relatively to the capacity of the hotel) it was not a pleasant experience. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. So, apart from the breakfast, it was a good experience.

When I went to my room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. With towels on the floor and a stink out of the room, I rang reception who said they would send up cleaners, 2 hours later the cleaners arrived, I went down to reception and refused to stay in the room, they got me another room, and gave me free breakfast, which was the least they could do, €750 for 2/nights with no breakfast. I got breakfast next morning and got up to get a coffee and they dumped my whole plate of food Went to the sky bar which has a nice view but was waiting for 20 minutes for one drink, I never got the drink in the end and just left.
The staff are clueless, the place is extremely overpriced and its miles from anywhere. No way will I stay here again. Food is also overpriced and the muscles nearly killed me. Reception is always crowded with bus loads of Chinese, all huddled in groups and take forever to out of the way.

Great location outside the city. Amazing design. Very comfortable rooms. Well equipped. Good breakfast.
Don't eat at the lobby, long waiting time (45 minutes) and bad food.

Superb hotel in Copenhagen, 10 minutes drive from airport. There bis a wonderful cocktail bar on the 23rd FL with views across the captain city's landscape. The restaurants on site are sublime, highly recommended. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows showing off the views. This is certainly one of the premier hotels in the city.

Love the architecture of this modern, efficient hotel. Bright interior with lots of interesting angels throughout. Food at Basalt restaurant was very good but the portions are on the smaller size. Fitness club is well equipped.

Stayed here on a recent visit to Copenhagen. It was a convenient location near the metro station, but other than that it was a night mare. Upon arrival we were told that our room type we had reserved was not available, but we would be given an upgrade. At checkout we had requested our folio to be emailed to us, but never received a copy. Had to call Marriott twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes and still wasn't able to get a copy for days later. Then we noticed that we charged almost an entire nights rate for an "upgrade" and now the hotel is refusing to refund our money. This has been a super frustrating experience and will never stay at this property again.

This is a funky building in a good location with great views from higher floors. Breakfast is very good too. But our so-called large room was tiny, one sheet was stained, the bathroom could have been cleaned better and there was no shower gel or shampoo in the room. On top of this, the kettle had a lead so short it had to stand on the floor to reach the power socket. When we called reception to complain about stained sheet, a new one was delivered to the room but we were expected to change it ourselves. How AC Marriott can allow such appalling service in one of their hotels is really beyond me.

Lovely hotel, very modern and smart design. Great facilities and friendly staff. The golden frog in the reception is definitely a plus. We went to the dis one night and it was a truly relaxing experience. A tram stop with frequent departures to central parts in Copenhagen is only 5 non walk away. Recommending buying a city pass in the ticket machine, valid 24h on metro, bus and train.
