Honestly it's a hotel in a great location. That's all. You are paying for the location. The hotel itself is mediocre. The bathroom is really dated. The top floor has balconies.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the city main railway station. The elevator seems a little bit old, but it works perfectly. Breakfast is very good

Friendly staff. The rooms were ok in size but the bed very hard and pillows were much smaller than usual. If you prefer to sleep with the window open (no ac in the room), specify that you want a room facing the back alley. The noice from the train station is horrible. Staff was helpful and gave us a new room after a near sleepless night.
The breakfast is simple and feels cheap, the room is crowded and hot, even the milk was stale. I would recommend getting breakfast from any nearby cafe or bakery.
The 3 star rating for this hotel is not accurate in my opinion. Staff the only reason for not giving this a 1-star rating.
Go somewhere else.

I liked that they stored my package that arrived several days prior to my own arrival. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The room was really small and did not have an HVAC system.

Was incredibly expensive!

The entrance to the bathroom had a 10 cm "lip" to it, and I damaged my toe in the middle of the night when I went to the restroom.

No fridge in the room.

Finance team didn't confirm my prepayment with the other staff, so when I arrived, I was told I had to pay again. This was later fixed a couple of days later.

Breakfast was really unappetizing and repetitive. Basic details were overlooked like no plates for the coffee cups.

"Game room" in the basement was a cool idea, but badly executed.

Needs a sauna and pool.

One cool thing is that it has a tennis court on the roof. I wish I had know ahead of time!

Centrally accessible hotel with good facilities. Rooms were ok sized with good bed comfort. The view from the 6th floor is awesome. A bit busy during mornings since it is located close to the Copenhagen Central station. the reception lobby can be improved to make it more attractive.

Nice hotel to stay near the train station. The rooms are spacious and staff is super helpful. The two drawbacks I can point out are: 1) noise level if you get the front-side room. The trains leaving/entering to CPH Central station make noise. The plus side of the front-side rooms is the balcony and the views that you get (see my attached pics). 2) There is no conditioning in the rooms so in summer it can get bit hot. However, they do provide a small desk fan in the room. The breakfast was free and had basic items, nothing special but not bad either. Overall, I prefer the location of the hotel and good service so I'll recommend it if you can handle the noise part.

An adequate business hotel with good basic functions. Very convenient and minutes away from the central train station.
Tip: Ask for a room that has a front window and you'll have a great view of a beautiful pink building.

Rooms very basic but clean. They did supply a kettle and cheap disposable cups. No milk only creamer to go with sachets of coffee and tea bags, no spoon. Breakfast very good, varied choice.
Wouldn't stop there again.

Hotel is in a decent location. Rooms were very spacious. It was just what we needed for one night's stay. It was wheelchair accessible because of the amount of space, but no grab rails or shower chair. It's still manageable though.

Maybe not suitable for families with toddlers, strollers, and people carried with wheelchairs

Great staff! Everyone was super friendly and professional. It was the facility that was the issue.
We picked this hotel cause it had floor leveled entrance, which is hard to find in central Copenhagen. There were three elevators, but non fitted our twin-pram (Bugaboo Donkey, 74cm), which has the same width as some wheelchairs and is designed to fit through a regular handicapped accessible door. The elevators were small in general, 'maximum of 4 people, 300kg'.
The pram didn't fit through the door of the room either. There's no locks on the windows, they are able to be fully open. Our oldest, 2y old, immediately picked up a light square low sit furniture, carry it to the window, wanting to climb up. He could also unlock and open the door to the room without any issue. So just keep a regular eye open ;) The bathroom ceiling were damaged by damp, and no bathroom items included. You could easily hear the neighbors talk, watch TV, and visiting the loo X) But everything very clean!

Would not recommend!

There are definitely more pleasant places to stay for the same (and even cheaper) prices.

Very rude staff! There is a renovation going on the street in front of the hotel, which can be heard from any side of the hotel, any room, the reception's reply was that "it is not their responsibility to put information on their website about the road works" even though it has been going for months now (since September). We have been up since 5:30 in the morning, if we had not booked and prepaid all nights in advance, we would have definitely moved out.

No compensation was offered for the bad experience, or if we left earlier. We changed rooms 4 times, due to unpleasant noise and lack of cleanliness, in addition to badly smelly bathrooms. The cleaning service "did not see neither feel anything" when coming to check the rooms.
