I was there for a seminar. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The same goes for the bathroom. You can open the windows, which is definitely a good thing since I could not find the air conditioning. TV is pretty much average, but who is using that anyway? I did not check the sauna and fitness room, so there is nothing I can say about the amnesties. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is excellent. The minibar is comparatively expensive, so I opted not to use it. The WiFi was Ok - at least the free of charge WiFi Hotspot "Telekom". It provided enough bandwidth for streaming Netflix. The WiFi provided by the hotel is complicated to use and cuts the connection every now and then. One word:garbage. What's missing to score 5 stars? A bottle of free mineral water per night and fixing the aforementioned WiFi should do it.

Missing a few key amenities for me. No thermostat or air conditioning, no clothes iron, and most importantly the WiFi is garbage. They don't even offer their own, just a slow and unsecured telecom Hotspot.

The pillows didn't really match my personal taste. But other than that everything is ok.

Soap dispenser in the shower is never a good sign. No control of the room heating/cooling. No operable Windows.

Had a very nice breakfast spread, but that seems standard for German hotels.

The hotel is way out in the middle of nowhere. It has a galleria nearby, but the only things open late are a Thai place and an Italian restaurant. There is a u-bahn stop nearby that gets you downtown in 40 minutes.

Pricing is too expensive for the level of quality, likely because they jack up the price during conventions.
